If you love fried chicken like I do, you need to go! Small joint but big operation. They crank out delicious, hot and affordable meals with speed. Ate Lovejoy is truly a joy.

Update: Today we went back twice for a fried chicken sandwich ^_^ best chicken burger weve had. This is the only place we will go for fried chicken Not big place but their food is absolutely f* DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!! <3 better than KFC. 3 piece chicken comes with gravy and ketchup under 15$. The flavor of the chicken is throughout the chicken pieces, unlike KFC where the flavor is ONLY on the skin. Their gravy is dark and thick with flavor. Sorry for KFC comparison but now I know why the lines are longer at Lovejoy. The quality of their food is A1. For fried chicken which is not my favorite for meals, I actually crave LoveJoy Express! This place is a gem in the neighborhood and I hope they stay!!!! This is the ONLY place we are coming for fried chicken flavors.

Well... There's a new independent restaurant in town, and they deserve to stay. Once you try their delicious extraordinary dishes like the Korean noodles with chicken or semi-sweetened spaghetti, "yes, you heard right," with fried chicken. Only then do you'll realize they're a heavy contender against the larger franchises like KFC or St. Hubert BBQ. Who would have thought a tiny restaurant could submerge your purring mouth for more and more and more... Their chicken burger with its unique taste and texture sells at a ridiculously low price, yet it is ten times better than the well-known franchises out there. Service is respectively efficient, keeping their clients smiling while awaiting their orders. Their pricing is impressive whether you are ordering for one person, a family, or a business luncheon-- and for some that do not want spaghetti or fries, you can order your pork/chicken dish with rice. That's mind-blowing when you think about it. I am glad to have found a new refreshing restaurant in the heart of Côté des Neiges.

The best fried chicken of all! They are the best chicken in montreal, they have a very nice customer service especially the owners, i have been buying alot of chicken from them ever since very affordable the chicken always comes with sauce. They sell noodles too their japchae korean noodles are the best and the spaghetti thats good for our fellow muslim people like me! I am sharing all of these guys as i have heard alot of negative comments from the people who doesn't even buy with them. For all of you i want you to go and try their foods! I am now a fan of their chicken burger the best and original, alot of filipinos now were copying their ideas from them which really makes them the best and still original the very first one and only best fried chicken of all times!

I have been a patreon of Lovejoy even when she was still selling her Chickens via marketplace and groups. She always cooks the best Fried chicken at very reasonable price. Now that she has this restaurant nothing has changed and I always love the fried chicken and pork barbeque. I know that some people in Sherbrooke QC. Just to have the taste and experience of Lovejoy Fried Chicken.

We've been buying chicken from the store ever since they opened at their location. This is our to go to for Friday take out meal. It was tasty during the first year, but recently the fried chicken is a hefty salty specially the chicken skin, the marinade is ok but it does not taste FRESH!. I called the store to review and suggest but not criticize the food, however the daughter and Male owner was not receptive for the food review and stated that: "I am sorry, we will not change the recipe for just one order of your chicken purchased 10 pieces, we've been cooking for 20 kgs per day". Yes I understand that somehow, we get busy and we regret for QUALITY check for store products. For now we will stop recommending the chicken store even we want to support local business until there will be changes or action from the store management. Since you've mentioned that I AM ONE OUT OF A MILLION COMPLAINER, shouldn't be you're doing some change action plan about it. The Cookowner was on the background during our conversation & was very cooperative to do quality check,however You as a pseudo owner was on the way for a great customer / owner conversation. No one is asking to change recipe just quality check.Thank you recommending PFK and being so sarcastic at the same time because as an OWNER, they would never recommend they're own competitors. The Best Fried chicken I have ever had for a long time. The food and prices are reasonable and The friendly service and how fast my order was ready was great!
