Louise and her Team are simply the best. They are very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Whenever I have a question it is answered in a very timely manor and my question is answered in the most honest way possible. They are very trustworthy and not once have I ever been disappointed. Her team is always helping me to receive the most beneficial insurance coverage possible. My whole Family deals with Louise and we have always been 1000% satisfied. I really had great experience with you guyz. Special thanks to Erik who gave me really great insurance rates from the beginning. He was so nice and gave the best of best. I have been with Louise for 5 plus years now and would never leave. I feel comfortable coming to her for advice and support on anything insurance related. Louse is diligent, knows my coverage inside and out and always returns my calls personally, even at night and on weekends. I have had two claims and both were resolved quickly, throughly and with absolute professionalism. I will continue to highly recommend Louise to my my family and friends for anything insurance related.

If I could give a negative star rating I would. She does not return calls or emails in a timely manner. I have been waiting over two months for her to resolve an issue and over a month for her to respond to my email. She has done nothing productive for me. She submitted a policy for me I did not authorize and money continues to come out of my account and has not been returned to me. Absolute worst customer service, so upset after being with her ten years.

Friendly agent as well as her support staff. Every time I have ever had a problem arise, Louise and her team are always there to help me. When I call, I almost always get an answer for my question, and if an answer can’t be provided immediately, they always call me back within the day with one. Couldn't ask for a better insurance provider!
