I may recall I have been with Allstate since decades. Never gave a second thought to changing. They periodically review my policies to make sure I am getting the best deal–and when adjustments need to be made, they make them without hesitation. Ms. Melissa Wray is my usual contact at Allstate. Melissa is a unique and very special person. She is always proactive, helpful, fabulous, great, insightful, responsive, upbeat, patient and professional. Melissa uniqueness is that she spices the business with the kindness, affinity and human ties. Whenever I’ve spoken to Melissa, I never felt I am talking to a business agent or the like, but to a very close friend indeed. I also dealt with Mr. Nicholas Dyke during the Melissa’s vacation. Nick was so helpful and pleasant. Give pats on the back all around!!
I had a question that should have been fairly easy to answer. I was transferred twice and after speaking to the 3rd person, no one could answer my question. Allstate should either train their staff or reopen offices.
After having a claim where I wasnt even in the vehicle my claims department ignored my calls for 10 days. Refused to give me the number of a manager to get things moving and hung up on me mid call. Now 30 days after they have taken my car they refuse to send me the money I am owed that I was told by a rep would be sent out a month ago. I have called my local agent and he says he keeps getting in contact with them and they say they will contact me in 24 hrs. Both times I haven't had any contact at all after multiple days. Worst insurance experience I have had!
I went to pay my bill, and no one is in the office still! This can not be Covid related anymore! All other stores and offices are open, even hospitals and nursing homes see people in person. The office will remain closed until mid September! This is not acceptable!
