Been doing my taxes here since I had to start doing my taxes. Quick and friendly staff, have never had a problem. Would recommend if you're looking for a place to do your taxes.
They are awesome at lornes tax preparation. only thing I think that could make it better is if they lowered the price 60 dollars is really high when over half of tax prep companies only charge 25 or 30 lornes charges 60 dollars and it's been the same for the past 3 years but I do love the work they do just be honest with them and you should not have any problems with your taxes as long as you tell the truth .
Great tax service place I have been going there for years. I have always dealt with John he really knows his stuff. To avoid a wait I make an appointment with him and get the whole family's taxes done at the same time. Of course if you go during busy tax season without an appointment you might have to wait.
John and Tony are very professional individuals who know what they're doing, and the price is great for the quality of services they were able to provide. The ladies who answered phone calls were also very patient with my questions, which was very much appreciated. 100% Recommended!
Very disappointed based on cumulative visits. Last year when we had gone, they had mistakenly put in the wrong year that we were married. They put in that we had mean married for years, when in reality it was 18 months. Due to this we ended up being audited. We figured mistakes happen and let it go. We returned again this year because last year they were reasonably priced in comparison to places like H&R block. When we arrived we asked how much it would be and she ball parked it between 80 and 90 each. We were surprised by the hike in price but was still cheaper than most. She did help up out and encouraged us to gather a few more documents before claiming. She said it till be a little more expensive to do but not by much. We resturned the next day and was shocked to find out after they did everything that they were charging us 300.00$ to file!! We were beside ourselves, but forked out the money. They said they accept etransfers so we sent the transaction to them. They claimed that once they received the money they would send it off. We got an email verification moments after sending it off that they accepted the transaction. They said 8-10 business days and that it would be direct deposit as they had the forms for it from the previous year. It has now been a month with no return. We called them 2 weeks ago to verify the bank account they had on file to find out that they had no direct deposit forms for us. So they told us to wait and the CRA would be mailing it to us. We waited another 2 weeks. I called the CRA myself and they said they attempted to deposit it into the account and it was sent back to them. But lornes claimed when we called that they never had a direct deposit form for us; even though in person they said they had one, and yet CRA tried putting it in an account? When the CRA lady on the phone asked detailed info regarding my personal information I said we filed on the day lornes accepted the etransfer and her files indicate they never received anything until a full week later. I am very very disappointed with how many mistakes they had made each year. I would never suggest this place to anyone. I hate leaving poor reviews but I would like to safe other people the headache. Only upside was there was never any wait times....
Lornes has been amazing to us!!! Any place you go there are fees to do your taxes maybe that is something you should inquire about before you do them.. Toni is by far the best to deal with on every level!!
Always been a Super Great Very Helpful place to get Taxes done and Always there to go above and beyond when I've needed documents etc.. Definitely Would Remind Them!!!! Very Satisfied!!!!:

So pleased with the job they did literally dropped off everything Wednesday and everything was done by Friday. Plus I got a generous return and only paid $95 would definitely recommend.
Every family member who has gone there, has been charged fees that are more then unreasonable. Simple taxes. Charged hundreds of dollars. Can't believe they're still in business, and not in jail.
