Raffi is incredible. Upon walking into the shop I knew I was in the right place. He is so kind, understanding and works WITH YOU to make sure your ideas come to life. I felt nervous about my wedding band as my engagement ring is a bezel cut. Raffi and I decided upon a design that he free hand drew and it came to life over the course of a couple months! He is super responsive via email and will stay late or come in early to the shop to meet with you if need be! The design was so unique that he took it upon himself to drive to Montreal to have specific diamonds cut by a specific person. He goes the distance literally to make sure you are happy. My favourite part of my wedding day was getting to wear my new wedding band, it is absolutely perfect and I'm so happy that I got to work with Raffi. After he took such good care of my wedding band we also had my husbands wedding band made there. We also wanted something one of a kind for him and the team did not disappoint. Had my ring re-size here. The service was absolutely fantastic and quick. It was supposed to take two weeks for picking up but I actually received a call to pickup within one week. Also I heard some stores would secretly exchange the diamonds and apparently it wasnt a case at Lorn Park Jewellers. I have double checked my diamond with the ceritificate after resizing. Not only the size is perfect and it is my diamond! They are really doing an amazing job. And no need to worry about this at all. Thank you Raffi and Vanig for the fantastic service and the flower! Highly recommended it to everyone.

These guys are the real deal. Incredible craftsmanship and attention to detail. They take great pride in their work. I worked with them on two custom wedding ring designs for me and my wife and they turned out beautifully! The rings are gorgeous. The Jeweller was able to work with me through an iterative design process to craft the rings and they delivered on time. These guys were great to work with; such good customer service. They truly care about what they're doing and that's hard to find these days.

First of all let me preface this experience by telling you that my fiancé and I did our due diligence before making this large purchase by visiting a number of reputable jewelry stores, and none of them gave us the treatment that Raffi did. We wanted something a little different, an opal engagement ring. From the very beginning Raffi was helpful, encouraging, and offered several very excellent suggestions for details that a lay person would never have considered on their own. He was patient, understanding, kind and accepting of our vision. Even though they did not have the best selection of opal that we had seen, the treatment we received made our decision on where to have our ring made a no-brainer. When there was a breakdown in communication that was entirely my fault, Raffi did his best to expedite the production of our custom made ring to be ready in time for us to leave to Mexico where I would later propose. In fact, it was ready on the Saturday before we left on Monday morning. If it wasn't ready by Saturday, Raffi insisted he would drive the finished product to us on the Sunday since they would be closed. That is going far above and beyond any expectations I would have of him or his business. This is a truly outstanding business with exceptional people. I have no qualms over personally vouching for them to my friends or people here reading reviews. You cannot go wrong by trusting Raffi and Lorne Park Jewelers. Highly recommend it, we got my engagement ring from them and it looks stunning, they give you the chance to choose the design you want, the metal you prefer and the diamond you like. The final fit and finish is gorgeous and neat. Rafi is so professional, trustworthy and he does his best to make the customer happy. I would definitely go back in the future for the wedding rings. My friend who referred me there said she kept searching for months but when she found this place she saw they were the right place to get her diamond ring and I can see why based on my personal experience with them.

This the best jewellery store I ever been to. They know what quantity is all about. My husband and I came in the have a Sapphaire and diamond portion of a bracelet I had for years reset into a new bracelet.I was extremely nervous as it was old and really meant a lot to me. The new design is amazing and exceeded my expectations. The staff are just amazing, they will definitely make you leave satisfied. I highly recommend Lorne Park Jeweller's.

It's always hard to trust someone with your most prized possessions. I would not hesitate going back to Lorne Park jewellers. They did an amazing job resetting a new diamond into my engagement ring. The ring has looks brand new and better than what it was brought in as. Very happy with the people there and the service we were provided.

I get compliments on my ring everywhere I go. Raffi helped us select the diamond and he helped me choose the settings -- very patiently I might add as I took my sweet time doing it! And after I finally did choose it, I changed my mind and wanted a different one. Raffi accommodated all our changes, presented me with even more options at that time and gave us useful info about insurance. If you're looking to go to a big box store in the mall or buying off one of the big online retailers, consider paying a visit to lorne park jewellers. I didn't end up with a cookie cutter ring as you do with the online retailers, nor did I grossly overpay for a low quality diamond as you do at a big box store. The end product was a beautiful set that reflected who I was and I love wearing my ring!

My family and I have been coming here for years. Recently bought an amazing engagement ring from Varni and my fiance loves it! Had to bring the ring in for a quick fix and reappraisal and they treated me. Would definitely recommend! Edit: Recently went in to pick our wedding bands. They have an amazing selection and were able to pick custom bands to match and go with the engagement ring. Raffi was great and provided amazing seevce and usual!

A diamond fell out of my engagement ring while on a cross country road trip. I brought the ring to Lorne Park Jewellers and they had it fixed for me within a day, accommodating our tight travel timeline. The quality of the repair and the kindness I received was outstanding.
