A fine load of garbage. Got my ring tested you sold me 10 years ago, to use in a custom ring and it’s a topaz, worth a measly $15. I paid $550 plus tax. No wonder you up and left Limeridge mall. Shoddy work on the band too. Sickening, check your “diamonds” before purchasing, or better yet, stay away from here altogether. Bunch of scammers. Greasy would be an understatement. Thinking back to when the sales lady happened to visit my place of work after that location closed and she pretended she didn’t know me. Well, makes sense now.

I cannot give enough stars or praise for Saleh at Fine Gold Jewellers at Erin Mills Town Centre. For medical reasons, I needed a very thick gold wedding band removed from an extremely swollen finger. With a gentle hand, perseverance, patience, and painstaking work, Saleh was able to cut and successfully remove the band that was cutting off my circulation. He has also quoted me a very fair price to resize and then fix this treasured wedding band, that has been on my finger for the last 30 years, so it can be worn once again. It is a very beautiful store, with unique pieces, and the most friendly atmosphere. The knowledgeable staff cannot be beat! This is now our go-to favorite jewellery store bar none! poor quality, horrible service, dishonest. avoid this place at all costs or it will cost you. i took my ring for repair & it was returned to me completely ruined. the claw that holds the diamond was very poorly done. it came undone with my nail. saleh i will be reporting you to the better business bureau.

This is without a doubt the best place to visit for all your jewelry needs. I have purchased high quality jewelry from this store for various occasions and I am always impressed with the friendly service and genuine care and their prices are very reasonable. I brought a necklace to Fine Gold Jewellers to be repaired. It had been snapped in 2 places. When we got the necklace back 1 week later than promised, the repair work was less than par. The broken sections had been soldered by someone who did as good a job as a 9th grader in shop class. Had I known it would turn out the way it did, I would have had my husband solder it for me. It probably would have turned out better than what they did. They assured me the work could not have been done better as the chain was white gold and the links were quite small. I reluctantly took it home. A few days after bringing it home, I wore it. Once. After being around my neck for less than 5 minutes, the solder work gave out and the chain was in pieces again. I brought it back to the store to have them look at what had happened and to hopefully have them fix it properly this time. I guess that was asking too much from these people. At first they denied having fixed 2 breaks in the chain. They only admitted to fixing one of the two breaks. After some convincing, they finally admitted to fixing both breaks. When I asked them if they would fix the necklace, they agreed but only if I paid for the repair work a second time! Let me get this straight: you did a far from perfect job both aesthetically and structurally and when the repairs YOU did give out, I have to pay for you to redo your poor work? BTW, just to make sure that I wasn’t setting the bar too high, I brought their repair work to 3 different jewellers after the chain broke to have it assessed. All 3 shops immediately asked where I had had the work done stating that it was one of the worst jobs they had ever seen and that I had been ripped off. My advice to anyone reading this: avoid this place at all costs. They are a Mickey Mouse operation that should not be offering repair work

Very poor experience. Purchased a ring and within weeks of wearing it, the “gold” ring discoloured. They claim to not sell any gold plated jewelry, then how does my ring tarnish and fade so easily. Horrible quality, waste of money. If I wanted to buy fake gold, I wouldn’t have paid hundreds of dollars for it. Horrible customer service because after going back to the store, they claimed I have to pay to fix it. Never going back

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! There are a lot of places to by jewelry...Fine Gold Jewellers is a standout as the best. I have bought multiple items from them, from necklaces, to custom pieces, engagement ring and anniversary earrings. The attention to detail and quality is unmatched. I felt like I was treated as a family member rather than a customer and they took a lot of pride in making sure I was satisfied every time. Expectations especially on the high end purchases were always exceeded. It's a great feeling knowing the recipient is always going to be wowed. Highly recommended!!

Don't even bother stopping here They don't fulfill their promises and are completely unorganized. Not only did they promise to do engraving on a specific piece of jewelry for a specific date ..they completely let us down. Not only did we double confirm by them calling to make sure its done on time ... THEY DIDNT EVEN SEND IT OUT! They forgot and then they even had trouble locating the product. Definitely ruined a very Sentimental surprise gift. And wasted my time... since it didn't even get sent out I could have just taken the jewelry when I paid for it. They didn't even offer to make it better ..all they said was to come back. Never had this experience at any other jewelry store.
