During a very difficult time she supported me every step of the way, from prepping my parent’s condo for sale through to closure. With too much demand & stress on my shoulders, LoriAnn was the agent I could only have dreamed of to partner with in this, and to have gotten the outcomes I hoped for. We decided to partner with LoriAnn after my fiancés parents had a great experience buying/selling their home and she did not disappoint! She helped us buy our first condo in a super competitive GTA market. LoriAnn was very responsive even when bidding took us to almost midnight and was always ready to go and see a listing as soon as we found it. LoriAnn was great at walking us through the home buying process and helped us feel at ease while purchasing our first home. Her upbeat and positive attitude was certainly appreciated as we all know this crazy market can sometimes be discouraging! If you are looking for an agent that works so hard that she wears out her running shoes then you want LoiAnn Toplak as your agent!!! LoriAnn helped us buy a condo in a super tight market and sell our house with over 60 viewings. We communicated daily and she was always ready to show us any condos that came onto the market and suggested units we may want to look at. We bought our condo with a "bully bid". LoriAnn worked tirelessly on our behalf so that we ended up getting the perfect condo for us. LoriAnn was recommended to us and she worked even harder than our expectations. My husband and I tend to be on either side of the scale when making decisions but LoriAnn was terrific at listening to what we each really wanted and brought us together to show us the condos that we both really wanted. We had been in our home for 30 years when we decided to downsized and felt really out of touch with the whole buy/sell process now. LoriAnn sat down and explained the process and took us through each step making sure we knew what we were doing. Selling our house and preparing with the stager, cleaners and painters was all handled by LoriAnn. She organized so much I felt guilty just sitting back and letting it all happen. We sold our house after a week of viewings for the price we wanted. LoriAnn communicated with fellow agents to keep our home in their sights. This definitely helped to bring in the 60 viewings. LoriAnn is an excellent agent! Communication, Organization and Customer Service are strong characteristics.
