Andrew was absolutely terrific! I was very anxious and had to ask a million questions, but he was so patient and walked me through the entire process! He always answered my calls and emails and knew every answer to every question! Stephanie was there to support me and was professional, efficient and educated! I completely recommend him for all of your real estate needs!
I don't understand all the positive reviews. Maybe from people that have never sold before or just get caught up in the low price. Staging is not included and good staging is usually extremely expensive, but very helpful. consultation is not staging, No floor plans or virtual tours for lower priced properties. I guess you have to cut corners somewhere. Was happy to find out that video is included, until I saw examples of the videos. Boring and uninspiring which defeats the purpose. Materials and ad copy seems rushed. Lacks polish. Some listings are high days on market. I see some at 60+ days. If you want a basic service this might be ok, but if you are trying to sell fast and maximize your selling price then I think there are better options.
