I was in there to buy some parts for my truck, while I was in 100 mile house over the holidays. I delt with a young man named Spencer and he was awesome. Very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. He is the guy to see when you go there hands down. I won't buy parts from anyone else in that town again.

Typical overpriced Lordco service. The only reason I don't order parts online is shipping time to 100 mile, or else I would not willingly get my parts from Lordco.

This Lordco has very reasonable prices on consumables such as oils, fluids and sprays. Decent pricing on tools and little bits. But if you are looking for a specific car part and you don't have a 40% discount membership then you best look elsewhere. Anything less and you wont even be down to the average MSRP on the item. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that you aren't given an economy shipping option and they only offer overnight. I remember one time they wanted over $50 for an oil pan gasket even with a 30% discount! Long story short they are a one stop shop for all your oil and starter fluid needs and have great variety and selection in that department, but I'd avoid asking them to bring in parts unless I was desparate.

It's ok if you really need a part but it's way overpriced! The mark up is insane and you had better know what your looking for because the staff isn't very knowledgeable. But they are friendly.
