This is a great place to go. The chef doesn't play around when the order is ready it's out. Rather your original waitress or some other waitress brings you your food that's how it goes here the atmosphere is great plenty of room

The restaurant was about 60% full when we arrived. We were seated within 3 minutes, and had our drinks and complimentary bread and butter within 5 minutes of sitting down. Our food came out cooked perfectly within the next 10 minutes. The waiter "Blake", was very attentive and personable. All in all it was a flawless performance and I would encourage you to have lunch or dinner with them. Toby
4 stars because it was very cold for me inside and food was very pricey BUT the food and waitress was amazing and quick. Our favorite was the crunchy seasoned chicken wings. My girlfriend and I went to this Long Horn Steakhouse location today around 4:00 p.m. Although we did not know her name, our waitress was an African-American woman who was extremely nice and professional when she took our food order and brought out our food to be eaten. My girlfriend ordered an entree which she did not like and did not eat. When our waitress came over and asked us how was everything, we told her that she my girlfriend did not like what she had to eat and the waitress did not say one thing. The waitress never asked if there was something else she would like to have to eat or if there could be anything else she could do to remedy the situation. All she did was took the plates from the table and left. One minute later she brought over the bill. My girlfriend and I talked about it and we decided that this service from her did not warrant a tip so we did not tip her. I am submitting these remarks simply because the waitress should have ask if there was something else she could get her to eat and in my opinion not asking this was inappropriate and reflected very poorly upon LongHorn Steakhouse. My girlfriend and I will never go back to this LongHorn Steakhouse location. Hopefully the owner or general manager we'll go back and look at the receipts to show who the waitress was because my girlfriend ordered a chop steak entree with fries and I had a cheeseburger with fries. The amount of the check was $29.00 and 90 cents or close to that amount. Finding this receipt with these details should provide the owner or general manager of who the waitress was and get this corrected so that this doesn't happen again to other people
7 of us ladies get together couple times a year for shopping and then steak and margaritas at longhorn. Always great food. Great service and they put up with us ladies.Food: 5/5
Server was pleasant. Food was great! Atmosphere was nice. Wait time was nil, and the drinks were nice, too. My steak was a ribeye, and perfectly seasoned. Steak tips were good, too. The mushrooms that I added on were kind of dry. I was surprised they were not in a sauce. Everything else was exactly as anyone could want.Food: 5/5
I went with family. The appetizers were amazing. Two of the steaks were way overcooked but my burger was delicious. We were all frustrated but the manager was amazing. He took off the price of the steaks and also remade both. Went from anger to completely redeemed. Hats off to y'all
I ordered 2 large group meals for takeout - 40 NY strip dinners with 2 sides, bread, etc. for both a day shift and a night shift, total of 80 dinners. This crew was AMAZING!!!! Ordering was easy, pick up was on time for both meals and the food was boxed, labeled, and delicious!!!! Cannot thank this crew enough for all they did
Had a wonderful experience when we ate here for my nieces birthday, we had a big party of 9 people so we had 2 wait staff attending us, they were phenomenal. Xavier who was newer, was just amazing and attended to all our needs, not to discredit his trainer who also did amazing. We were very well taken care of. Not a single drink ever hit empty. Food was great albiet a bit salty and cheesy at times. Wonderful time overall, definitely will come back.
