Buffalo Wild Wings

The kitchen staff here is not good. We waited an hour just for our appetizer while watching 3 other tables that arrived after us get their whole meals. Plus once my moms food came out the put the wrong sauce on the wings. The Manager did come out to try to make it right, and we had a great waitress but the kitchen needs to clean up their act.

Ordered scheduled takeout an hour and a half ahead of time and it wasn’t ready when I got there. It was lunch time and the business was slow so there is no excuses. This location has been going downhill for awhile. They offered no apology or compensation, and didn’t even thank me for my business. Save yourself the trouble. I ordered from Detroit Wing Company a few weeks ago and had no issues, so maybe give them a try.

Yes things can get a little behind here but the overall experience is amazing. You can tell they are extremely understaffed but instead of shutting the doors like most people have to, they are still trying to do the best they can do. I hope one day people remember that servers and cooks are actual living people that are just trying the best they can. You guys rock

I used to love going to this restaurant. But last night was the 3rd time it was an awful experience. Please management make some changes so you don't got out of business. We got there at 6 pm and still did not have food at 745 pm. 1st my sister ordered margarita and they were out of tequila, 2nd the waitress came back 15 min later my daughter ordered a salad and they were out of lettuce, 3rd the waitress came back 15 min later and told my nephew they were out of potato wedges. The place was really dirty the floor and no one to clean tables. I know there is probably not enough help like others places but you guys need to make some changes. We even had reservations. We all got sick of waiting for out food paid for our drinks and left.

Food was delicious and fresh. They're a bit pricey, but what isn't these days?

The menu is more limited now than it used to be. However, the chicken was nice and tender the sauce was good but It did take longer than usual to get the food out to the table. Overall we were happy with our entire meal.

Service was awful. We had to ask for our waitress multiple times because after 40 minutes she didn’t come around on her own to take our order, give napkins, or refills. Food took a long time and was sloppy.

If you go during a busy time, there may be a bit of a long wait, but we usually get seated to wait. I feel like I had an issue in the past where I asked for something to be removed from my meal and it wasn't, but it wasn't the biggest deal because I wasn't allergic to it. The floor usually has some crumbs and stuff, but I don't really expect them to sweep while customers are there.

I’ve tried to give this place so many chances and I’m just done. Recently attempted to order through their app and it failed to process twice. I then called and attempted to order, then was promptly placed on hold. When I hit the 10 minute mark, it was obvious no one was interested in taking my order, so I hung up. This is on top of the last few orders I placed and sauce was too light on the wings or the food was cold… there is no saving this franchise.

Great experience. But super slow for a Tuesday. Maybe because of change from BOGO to buy one get one 1/2 off. But with everything costing restaurant chains more and everything going up in price at the stores, I still VALUE the deal!Food: 4/5
