Absolutely delicious. Not overly greasy. Staff was very friendly and nice. Jeannie was very helpful and great. All the staff was great !!
The service was good. But, they forgot a few of our things from our order and my coconut shrimp was very soggy. Wasn't as good as we had anticipated.Food: 3/5
I had not been to Long John Silver's in quite a while. I decided to go and get their three chicken basket. I was the only one in the Drive-In. You could not hardly hear what they were saying through the speaker. I asked how much I thought she said $12.99. I said why so much. So the manager got on and said I can't have you yelling at my employees which I was not. I was told you have to wait behind the building parking lot because they didn't have the chicken yet. I ordered two extra hush puppies and I only got two. Had to go back to the window and ask where's the other two I bought. They said hold on we'll get them . The chicken tenders were so tough you could hardly bite through them and they were so slimy they kept falling out of the breading. Believe me I will not go back there again. I would not recommend best place to my friends.
Ate here and it was absolutely disgusting fries and chicken were burnt yet soggy thank god I got a 3 piece shrimp or I wouldn't of ate anything. Couldn't send it back because it was doordashed. Definitely won't make that mistake again.
We usually love LJS but this time we all 8 were very disappointed. We placed a large order online. We brought it home and the order was fine as far as the right items but the fish and the chicken were a major disappointment The pieces were smaller than usual almost to the point of nonexistant. It seemed they went overboard with the crusting but even the crunchy crust was overcooked and lacked the usual taste
If you use the drive thru check your order. They put condiments you didn't ask for and not the ones you did. Not to mention the fries are soggy, cold and less than you get in a childs meal.
Employees were awesome, patient, and helpful. Haven't been to one in years so I was pleasantly surprised. Still a bit pricey to go regularly but hey you get what you pay for it was good!Food: 5/5
