I grew up with Arby's. The roast beef had flavor back then. The potato cakes were great. They were the thing that helped set them apart from everyone else. They also had cherry and apple turnovers. Now, they are a shadow of their former self.Food: 1/5
Visited this location on 02/02/2023 around 330pm and was greeted by the most professional lady who had probably the best customer service skills I have experienced, Kudos to Arby's for hiring her and Kudos to me for moving this close to excellence .Absolutely Outstanding.
Good food, the drive thru lady kept paying attention to something else so we had to repeat part of the order.Food: 5/5

The Arby's in Niles is absolutely wonderful. The workers are very nice and make it a point to make me smile every time I go. They don't get much wrong on my orders either and I usually have big orders. I can say, if you want fast food and friendly service to go with it, go to Arby's. Their service just beats out any other fast food place in Niles.

I've only been through the drive-thru multiple times. Never had any issues and always polite service. Can't really comment on quickness because it all depends on what the guy in front of you gets.

Waited forever. She repeated our order back but "forgot" to charge us for the sandwich and didn't receive it. So I ordered and paid for the sandwich again. Still DID NOT get the sandwich right!!!! No receipt so I can't contact management! Our order was a double roastbeef with cheese, crinkle fries and two shakes!!! 4 freaking items!! AND FAST FOOD WORKERS WANT $15 AN HOUR!!!!
