London Drugs has 80 stores in more than 35 major markets throughout British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. The pharmacy is still the heart of our business, but we also offer a full service computer department, cosmetics ranging from lipgloss to high-end face creams, furniture, cameras, high quality photo finishing, cordless phones and plasma televisions. More people buy their small appliances in London Drugs than any other place in Western Canada. All told, we serve over 45 million customers each year, and we are still growing.

Electronics dept review. A couple of weeks ago I talked to someone on the phone and told him my situation of my camera I bought from them. This was a camera I bought based on the sale's associates advice and due to travelling I wasn't able to come in and exchange. The camera didn't have the functionality the sales associate said it had. They said as long as I had the box and all packaging they would be able to do something for me but not give me a refund which I was ok with. I came in with the camera and they refused to help me in any way. I was looking to exchange a $250 item for a $900 item and still they said they could not do anything. This is the reason why physical stores are losing customers and sales and people are shopping online more now. When there is no flexibility or good service, it's more convenient to shop online. You would think they'd make an exception to make a better sale vs. lose a long time loyal customer. If you're someone like me and you're not savvy about a certain type of electronic and you shop here, you may end up getting stuck with an item that was based on the wrong advice. There should be flexibility on electronic items.

My "Thank you" belongs to the Photolab department - such a great service and helpful people. I came late in a desperate need of a printing my photos. Ron Lee from the lab was willing to stay a bit longer to print my job and the other members of the team helped me to solve the problem with my flash disk drive. I am really happy with their work!

What a rude sales associate girl they have in makeup department. I’m soo embarrassed, I asked her simple thing where are face spray and she responded so rude and start talking to other girl about me and making a fun. She start staring me in such a attitude way. Soo rude such a unpleasant experience. I will never go their back again. I asked her again something which I can’t find she didn’t bother even. What kind of employee they hire. Looking pretty makes them knowledgeable, seriously. Horrible customer service. I can’t find a manager to report her.

They're in the middle of renovations. It's very disordered, hard to find things and stuff everywhere. Staff is very helpful amongst the chaos.

I was waiting in front of the casher of the electric department for more than 15 mins. 3 employees walked by and did nothing like I was an invisible man. Very impressive
