I feel this website is intentionally misleading when it comes to purchase options. And their customer service only exist to blame you. They don’t deserve your business.

I can't even log in, having purchased the priciest option. The logo won't upload on to anything, utterly disappointing outcome for a small business owner trying to look professional. I feel robbed.

Buyer beware. They treat you like a piece of dirt once they have you. There seems to be absolutely no human element to this company whatsoever. If you have a problem with them, they ignore it completely and don't respond. Completely unprofessional. A waste of time.

The product works well. Unfortunately, the customer support is slow. It's unfortunate that you have to struggle with them to make subsequent edits when you're paying so much money for an entirely automated service. The obvious solution here is to allow your paying customers to use the service as much as they like.
