As first time home buyers, the whole experience of buying a house was exciting, nerve-wracking and intimidating. But working with Sam, he made it fun and far less stressful. He asked the right questions to help understand what it was we were looking for (even when we weren’t sure ourselves!) and he only showed us houses he knew we’d be interested in and that were in our price range. We recently sold our home and bought a new one with the help of Cathy Joyce from Locke Real Estate. The service we received from Cathy was exceptional and she went above and beyond to meet our needs. She was professional, knowledgeable, patient and thorough. Cathy is not only a great realtor but she is an overall great person. We truly felt like she had our best interest in mind every step of the way. We also enjoyed receiving daily listings via our own web portal and we liked that had the flexibility to tailor our search to meet our needs. Sam Barry provided us with exceptional service. Within minutes of meeting Sam we felt we could trust him to guide us in such an important step in our lives. He created a portal of homes tailored to exactly we wanted, and changed it as often as we changed our criteria. This made the initial searching phase so easy. No matter what house we wanted to see or when we wanted to see it he made it happen. He drove all over the city helping us find our perfect home. When it came to closing he was extremely thorough and efficient and made sure everything went off without a hitch. His honesty and genuine nature made for speedy and enjoyable process and he always had us feeling hopeful and assured. Sam is extremely professional and down to earth - he was there to help us find our dream home and it was evident! We will definitely be using his services again should we ever decide to move. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

We hired Cathy Joyce to sell our parent's home in Orleans and found her to be a very professional agent, knowledgeable with the area, as well as sensitive and compassionate to our situation. She presented us with many comparables as well as her marketing strategies and was very easy to communicate with. When we had questions, she was there to answer them immediately and was very flexible with her schedule. She gave us great advice on staging the home which we followed and proved to be the best advice for a quicker sale. The sign went up on a Thursday and by the Saturday we had an offer that we were able to work with. We highly recommend Cathy Joyce for either buying or selling and know that many others will be satisfied clients as we have been.
