I used Grapevine to sell my home in the spring of 2017. I owned a home in the $600,000 range. Jeff came over and took professional pictures (not once but twice as the first pictures had some snow on the ground so as soon as the snow melted and the grass got green Jeff came back to take new pictures). The pictures looked fantastic - as if in a magazine! I also listed on MLS and choose to pay 2.5% commission to the selling agent. I had numerous visits , an offer in the first 3 weeks that I refused, and in the end a young couple without an agent bought my home and I did not need to pay any commission of any sort! The home sold firm in two months which is quick for a larger priced home. I know that I saved over $30000 using Grapevine. As long as you can declutter, stage your home and have a great product to sell there should be no reason to ever use an agent. I tell everyone they are wasting their money by not trying Grapevine! This was my first time selling a home through Grapevine and I would definitely do it again! I was mainly interested in having my property listed on the MLS and Grapevine provided me with a very cost effective way to do so. Grapevine also took high quality pictures of my home, allowing me to create a very professional looking listing. Grapevine helped me to sell my house (firm) in less than 7 days - above the asking price – and saved me thousands of dollars in commissions!

SOLD IN ONLY 7 DAYS ! My wife and I are extremely pleased with our decision to use GrapeVine Realty to sell the house. We investigated several private sale options and chose GV as the best fit for our needs. We chose the Hybrid Package in order to take our summer vacation concurrently with the sale of the house and sold while on route to our destination. The Hybrid package gave us peace of mind knowing a realtor would be handling the showings, offers and negotiations, in our absence. Excellent! Purchased a 6 month listing - basic package for $299. Tip: They usually run spring promos around Jan-Mar so if you're planning to sell in the spring, you can usually get a better deal then. My home officially sold in 2 weeks - without MLS. I definitely saved a ton of money selling privately. Staff was always pleasant to deal with and efficient in returning calls and answering questions. The driver is prompt to put the signs up too. I would use Grapevine again for the ease of use, owner controlled web page and to avoid going through an agent.
