For having only three tables occupied in the restaurant it took them over 1/2 hours to serve the food 2 poutine and a burger which was cold and soggy. The cheese curds were cold and rubbery. The poutine looks like someone ate it and threw it back up. The burger was disgusting. The service was horrible. Don't go here. You can get better food at the McDonald's close by .
I am a burger guy and this burger is a fresh patty. I can tell if the patty is frozen or not and this one was not. I had the mushroom Swiss with tots. Tots came with burger. I would go here over most places but still not the best burger I have had. If you are hungry and you are in the Outlet Mall, I would recommend trying this place out.
The food was very good. I had the garlic Parmesan fried drumsticks and they were lightly battered, crispy on the outside and very juicy in the inside. They also have a fairly good selection of local beers. All the servers were polite and were doing their best to keep up with what appears to have been an sudden rush of clients. Based on google maps, it doesn’t seem to be normal for this location to be fully packed for lunch on a Friday. The wait for food was 1hr and overall it was a 2hrs lunch including the time eating and waiting to order. Everyone was working hard to get everyone taken cared of. Something that may have contributed to the scalability is that each waiter had to prepare their own drinks instead adopting an assembly line approach where you split the duties and have a dedicated person completing an specific task.
The food and drinks are very good. Our server SEAN was great. Very patient and knew the menu so well. He helped us decide, I chose the pulled pork sandwich and a bloody Mary to drink. I definitely recommend this place.
I ordered the poutine and a whisky sour. Both were fantastic. I loved the poutine so much I actually ordered more to go! Who knew you could find incredible poutine in Nebraska?! They did run out of sour mix for my drink, but they made more on the spot and my drink was delicious. The service was great, everything was clean. I have zero complaints.
No traditional wings. Probably a must for a bar like this. They have a good sampling of beers from around Nebraska. Atmosphere is open. It can get a little loudwith people having normal conversations. Tons of televisions.....maybe to many? Staff was good. Nothing really awesome here. Food was what you would expect. Decent prices. Going with three stars. Cautiously optimistic.
Long wait time. Staff is very nice, and it appears they are likely just short-staffed. Food took forever to get out and it was mediocre at best. Nice IPA selection and kind, if not overworked, staff is what saves this from getting a 1 or 2-star review.
We went here for lunch last week, and the food was fantastic! Our waitress was very nice and on top of things during our visit. We are from out of state, but we are already planning our next visit before we leave! They had a great selection of beers, the Sara Rivo Raspberry was absolutely amazing. 100% recommended coming here!
Never had such bad service or food at a restaurant. Came in on a weekend afternoon, there were a total of 9 tables between 4 servers and a bartender. Waited over 20 minutes before we even got a menu and only got service because we were getting up to walk out. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich which turned out to be TWO tiny chicken strips on an 8 inch sandwich roll. I needed ketchup and salt but by the time I found a server to ask my tater tots were already cold. Would not recommend to anybody.
Great place, excellent location. I loved this chicken wrap and the funnel fries are awesome.
