I've had nothing but a good experience banking with this LNB branch. They were very friendly, helpful, and attentive to my wife and I when we did our first time home buyers program from beginning to end, such a good experience that i decided to refinance my vehicle with them as well. Good bank, good people.

I have never had an adverse experience with this bank either on the phone or in person.  Personal service is the way they distinguish themselves and they are very good at it.

Just had a very terrible experience at the Fairport New York location. Sharon, one of the tellers was about the rudest person I’ve ever talk to and tried really hard not to allow my business to be done. I will never step foot back in this location.

Great Service and great people.  They all know me by name and treat me as if I am their most important customer!

They did what I needed , with a lecture but they always do that
