Understaffed. The Staff that does exist is poorly trained and unsupervised. Terrible knowledge base. Go to a different branch!

This Chase Bank branch has the nicest and most helpful group people working there.  They have treated me like family and go out of their way to help in any way they can.  The customer service is outstanding and it continues to be my favorite branch!

They always great you with a smile and always give there best, I have never had a problem with them. They have helped me reopen my account set up a savings and they put the customer first, and they are quick they don't make you wait around if you need any help.

This is the most beautiful bank I have ever banked at. The staff are always happy and helpful and the overall experience is fantastic.

Best branch staff I have ever dealt with at any banks. Have helped with me opening and re-opening accounts, overdrafts replacement cards with kindness and efficiency. Have always had a good experience and I normally hate banks! Staff is fantastic 10/10
