These people have been phenomenol to me and have made everything possible. I was at Community Bank before and they kept screwing up everything. And here they explain things where I understand it and they help me save money. They are extremely forgiving if you make a mistake and I love having people who dont act like it's just a job to them.

Began new construction loan with LNB. It was an absolute nightmare. Loan officer screwed up rate locks and made the whole process treacherous. I reached out to manager at Canandaigua branch but he was unable to do anything. Do your self a huge favor and stay away from this bank.
