Lloyd's Cleaners

I took a king duvet, shams and pillowcases in for pressing. Returned the day they said they would be ready for pick up. Nope, not done. Returned two days later, paid $30 and returned home. I could no more tell the bedding had been ironed than if they had come straight out of the washer. Never again will I use Lloyd's Cleaners.

Get a quote first!!! $42.99 for a trenchcoat! She couldn't even point out to me where their pricing showed that value on their white board of prices. The coat still had some cat hair on it. We used to go here all the time. It looks like the ownership changed or something. Last time for us. If you dare chance them; get a quote. Or they'll take you to the cleaners.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!! NOT READY ON TIME AND THE WORST JOB I HAVE EVER SEEN!!! I KNEW THE PREVIOUS OWNERS AND THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THESE NEW OWNERS SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!!! UNBELIEVABLE THAT MISSION DOES NOT HAVE A DECENT DRY CLEANERS!!!

I brought in a couple feather beds to be cleaned and upon pick up I was informed there were "bugs" in them and charged an additional $50. I am positive there weren't bugs in them. After all was done I now had a bill of $175. Not impressed at all. They need to communicate with their customers before adding "up charges". Won't go back there and will not recommended them to anyone.

Took my curtain in to be dry cleaned and have the pleats pressed again not realizing it had switched ownership never had a problem with the previous owners they always did an awesome job. This time it was horriable curtain looks a mess looks like it been stretched and did not have the pleats done properly was so very disappointed just lucky their was no charge and defs will not be returning to this dry cleaners. :(
