Liu, Dr. Paul Y

I had a bilateral breast reduction with liposuction 2nd week of June 2017, and I am writing this review on the 22nd exactly 3 weeks post op, and happy to report that I am getting back to most of my light duty normal activities without much pain and discomfort. I am a surgical technician myself and have assisted several surgeons in minor plastic procedures in an outpatient based setting, so I am familiar with how a professional medical office is supposed to run, and I am highly impressed with Dr. Liu and his staff. For my initial consultation I met with Dr. Liu who was very nice, and he went into well rounded detail as to what the mamoplasty procedure in my case would entail. He spoke to me with respect without being condiscendent like some surgeons can be, he took the time to ask important questions about me and my lifestyle, and explained the procedure thoroughly without leaving any pertinent details out. He also took the time to answer my questions thoroughly until I felt comfortable and confident that this was the right decision for me and a great treatment option to help relieve some of my chronic back and shoulder pain, as well as opening up doors for a healthier lifestyle where exercising does not have to be a painful and dreadful experience. Every time I have called the office I was received with respect and courtesy, and when I have left messages and requested a call back I received feed back within hours. They were able to get my procedure approved through United Healthcare within days, although United is known to deny 2 out of 3 pre authorizations for this particular procedure. The results are amazing, and I am healing very well with zero complications. I also did not even need to finish my pain prescription! I could not be happier with my decision to choose Dr. Liu and his team to perform such a life changing procedure. His PA Lisa is who I saw for pre and post op, and she is a valuable member of Dr Liu's team. Her experience and bedside manner were equally as impressive. I am finally able to be confident and buy clothes that actually fit! Thank you Dr. Liu!

Dr. Paul Lui is a great doctor! I have had numerous interactions with him and two surgeries that could not have gone more perfect!! I have neurofibromatosis and Dr. Lui has been working to help me look and feel normal again. I feel he puts his all into the case to insure the best possible outcome. Even calling in recruits when needed!! I would absolutely recommend Dr. Lui to anyone!! He has a great bedside manner also! I was really impressed with this doctor and am happy to inform others of his exemplary work!!
