Allergy and Asthma Center

Made an appointment for my daughter to get tested. They didn't tell me, until I came in, that the appointment could take up to two hours! I took my daughter during my lunch break. Texted my boss that it would be longer than expected and I stayed. I came to retest my daughter for a peanut allergy (first time she was tested was 7 years ago) dr comes in and we go over a few things. Suggested tested for tree nuts as well. My daughter gets the test done on her back, we wait 20 minutes, nothing swells. She's so excited that she's no longer allergic to peanuts - just to find out THEY NEVER TESTED HER FOR PEANUTS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Seriously? They come back in and do yet another test just for the peanuts this time. So now it's more time wasted. This place is a joke. I would NEVER recommend coming here unless you want to get tested for things that don't matter and you're looking to waste a bunch of your time!!!

Competent and kind staff here, I've never had a problem with anybody here. Wait times can take a little too long occasionally, but they're typically not bad at all.

Unbelievable wait times. I've been there twice over the course of 3 years and both times I was there for at least 2 hours. Approx 5 minutes of that was spent with the nurse and maybe 10-15 with the doctor. If you come here just expect to wait for a long time and don't expect an overly welcoming staff. Most people there were a little dry in my opinion.

Appointment was scheduled for 830, still sitting in this room waiting for a doctor to see me at 1035. There was a total of 2 tests with a 35 minute result time... The whole rest of my time was spent waiting for the staff to get their act together.. Getting my results and never coming back.

Perhaps I came in on a busy day but the staff were very rude and extremely disorganized. Poor patient care.
