My wife and I took a road trip to Little River Boatworld we live about 2 hours away, to check out a fishing kayak. Glen was outstanding helping us out. He is very knowledgeable and does not hesitate to answer our questions. I would highly recommend this place to anyone interested in buying a small or large boat. Staff are very friendly! And we bought an Aquaglide kayak!
Best part of the experience was buying the boat. After that there has been some of the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. I will never buy a boat there again and would not recommend anyone to even stop there to look. Thought maybe it was just poor communication between sales and service but after trying to get the owner involved he basically washed his hands of it. It has been over a year and we are still trying to get warranty work completed. Boat sits there for weeks waiting for parts and they leave the cover off. $130,000 investment and its the worst its ever looked. The owners response is its not our job to put the cover on...

I bought a boat from Mike at little river a few weeks back, I had been looking for some time and had some pretty horrible dealership experiences before I called Mike at little river boat world. When I got in touch with Mike I had all but given up on getting a boat this season. Mike not only found me the boat I wanted he made sure it was within my price point, and he did it within a few hours of first contacting him. My experience with purchasing my boat from this point forward was seemless, stress free and enjoyable. Mike is truly a professional, he answered all my questions in a manner that was informative, to the point and acurrate. In the end dealing with Mike made the purchase of my new boat a truly enjoyable experience. I highly recommend calling Mike at little river boat world a call if your in the market for a water craft of any kind. Salesmen of the year in MI e and my families eyes.
We live 2.5 hours away, but it was definitely worth the drive. Glen was outstanding. We bought a pair of kayaks, and he spent the time to get us down to the water to launch, gave us an intro to the basics, and finished by helping us load and lash before heading out. The only thing that could have been better would be if the weather cooperated, and let us paddle out onto the lake. Highly recommended!
Just purchased a boat from LR Boatworld We had a great experience, they gave us the lowest price they could offer , and they stuck to it .... wouldn’t budge any lower . But we did our due diligence and looked at lots of other boats . By far they gave us the best price , and insurance company they hooked us up with even our own long term insurance company couldn’t come close to beating their quote. Can’t wait for summer 2021 ! Thanks LRBW!!!
We got our boat about a month ago from Little River Boat World. Friendly people, our sales guy Andrew was fantastic.
Would like to thank the staff for going the extra mile to get me a C-tug kayak cart when I couldn't find one anywhere else even when the courier company did their best not to delivery the item and it had to be resent through the post office. Appreciated!
My in laws tried to consign a boat to them..they gladly took it and then went through it and tried to send them a multiple thousand dollar bill before they would try and sell it. Beware of these crooks people,they seem to want to make as much money off you as they can out of their shop before they even put a price tag on your boat...and this isn't the first instance I've heard of it...ask around before you make the same mistake.
Always buy my boat fuel here at 5-10 cents a litre cheaper than down the Shuswap Lake. Gas Dock and Service staff have been nice and helpful.
