Little Italy

I am a teacher and my students worked hard to achieve a reading goal. Manager Brian went above and beyond to make sure we had the pizzas we needed to reward them. He worked around our class schedule and promptly responded to my calls and was amazing! My students were so excited and this all couldn't have happened without Brian's professionalism and support. Thank you, Brian, for all that you did! The pizza was delicious too!

Great pizzza as usual. They are pretty cool here. Ben all around the country eating Little Caesars. They did however try to pawn off some dropped pizza to me tonight though. If I didn’t open the box the guy would’ve been fine with letting me take the smush pizza! Pretty disappointed but that’s ok. I get it ‍ got the thin crust btw

I mean it’s alright when you’re looking for last minute lunch or dinner but made fresh. But honestly they should be a little more sanitary when handling food. I bought a pizza tonight and found a piece of long hair literally baked into the cheese maybe in the future you guys should honestly look into wearing hairnets which should’ve been worn since day one .

Great pizza, but we showed up to get a “hot and ready” pizza on a Sunday and were told we had to wait one hour. I would appreciate it if management brought back a quick pizza on a Sunday so we can watch football and get a quick bite to eat. Also we experienced an unfriendly staff. I do want to repeat to everyone that the pizza is always good, we just need quick pizza with a friendly staff.

Multiple times pizzas have been taken either by mistake or on purpose from the Uber eats. It's like they just take whatever and hope it's yours. They need more organizationFood: 4/5

Gave me the wrong order and refused to fix it the girl running the cash register was dancing and blasting loud music not helping out. I feel for the other workers in this place not there fault they are probably just as annoyed as me

Horrible place to order from...they dont answer the phones and my pizza is still so doughy if i could post a pic i would its discusting. I took one bight and it was pure dough...thanks but not ever again....Trash company

Service is great, it's Little Ceasars pizza but kids mow it down and I toss em back like a fat kid at a birthday party. Ymmv

So there is this gal that works here, maybe a manager or something, but she has redish hair I believe and you may or may not observe her singing while she works. Anyways, she was outstanding and I appreciate her kindness and above-and-beyond customer service. After ordering at the front, I had been told 15 minutes for my order, waited and came back after 15 or so min, told the counter person my order from 15 min prior, and continued to stand there for probably 10 additional minutes while many other orders came were made and went out the door, only to find out that my order had been ready and sitting in the hot and ready area waiting for me and for whatever reason wasn't retrieved for me. Anyways, I had seen the red-headed gal going about her work making food and what-not, all the while singing along to the song playing, which is where I find it worth noting that she had a really pretty voice. After noticing me still at the front waiting after what had to have been close to 10 minutes past my told wait time, she came to the front to inquire about my order. Upon finding that my food had been ready and sitting there the entire time, she immediately started grabbing various items like the brownie bites, extra breadsticks, and extra dips all free of charge to include in my order, all the while sincerely apologizing for the mistake and pronged wait. I was not angry at all about it nor do I hold anything against anybody for any of it and will return here again and again in the future. Seemed like a simple oops somebody just didn't realize or whatever. Bottom-line here and purpose of this review is to acknowledge the redish haired gal who treated me wonderfully and to note that I enjoyed her lovely singing voice while I waited for my food: I will find out her name and return to update this review so that all may know!
