Fire at Pybus Public Market

We stayed in Wenatchee for one night and decided to try this place out. This is an authentic local restaurant. The flavors of the food are unique in a very delicious way. I got the pepperoni pizza and my husband got the Italian sandwich and we were both really pleased with our food. The server was really nice, attentive, and friendly. If you’re around this area this is a good little place to check out. I would definitely go back!

Oh wow!! Great service, awesome pizza, fine beer and good prices. Look no further, if you like the lighter and tasty pizza, this is the place. Highest possible recommendation!!

This was my first time coming and it was a great experience! We ordered a pizza,chicken Alfredo, and an appetizer. The pizza was very thin but I’m guessing that’s how it’s supposed to be. The rest was perfect. I will say it’s pretty pricey but it’s worth the price. Our server was polite as well. :

Fire is exactly as it says: fire. This is a great spin on the quality Italian food you expect from Visconti’s. They have a fairly simple menu with lots of options, but still high quality food with quality ingredients prepared diligently. If you want to eat casual but still have a fantastic meal, this is the place to be. Check out Ice next door for dessert - you can order Ice desserts from your table at Fire.

Life is too short to be eating the same old food all the time. Treat yourself to a Brunch Board or one of the dozen other items on the menu that make dining here a memorable treat. Consider getting some of that delicious buckboard bacon to take home, while you are here

This is the poorest experience I’ve ever had. They were not busy, yet our waitress was constantly absent. Roaming the public market and taking multiple bathroom breaks. It took 10 minutes to get a foul tasting beer. The waitress was zooming around and barely stopped to listen to our order. We thought ok, maybe the food can redeem the quality of service… It was the most bland, cold and disappointing pasta we’ve ever had. They were the same meal, sautéed chicken mostaccioli, but I ordered the gluten free noodles. Gluten free noodles were spaghetti noodles which made the entire dish moot. Not only that, but the noodles were not cooked long enough and my chicken wasn’t sautéed. My $16 plate tasted like undercooked spaghetti noodles covered with prego sauce and boiled chicken. They could have had the decency to at least put salt and pepper in it. My boyfriend took 4 bites of his and thought the same. He said the non buttered bread had more flavor then the pasta? And how can you serve bread without butter or oil? I would give zero stars if possible.

I look forward to eating at Fire every time I come to Wenatchee, the chefs choice pizza is the best I’ve ever had!! The contrast of ingredients and flavors makes my tastebuds crave more after every bite! I haven’t stopped thinking about it since is was here last year. The crust is chewy and flavorful, it has an olive oil base sprinkled with cayenne pepper, topped with prosciutto, peaches green onions and drizzled with honey!!! BEST. PIZZA. EVER.

Got a pizza for takeout and it was good. Looks like a nice place to sit down and eat as well.Food: 5/5

Had a wonderful Monday night dinner outside April 26th on the patio it was a little breezy a bit of wind, it was all good. Good attentive service by our waiter. Excellent Choice to go with the Malbec which was not on the wine list. Our Pizza and pasta dinner were perfect as well, love the meat from CURED. There must be a connection I am not yet aware of, I will do a little sleuthing. Highly recommend

We love the beet salad. Question: have you changed your pizza dough recipe? Our pizzas were so thin and chewy they put our teeth and jaws to a work out. Don’t remember the dough being so thin or so tough. Taste was great. Service great.
