Ordered a Valentine bouquet of: 9 each roses, 40cm, red 3 each carnations, red 3 each carnations, light pink 2 stems carnations, miniature, red 3 stems carnations, miniature, light pink 1/4 stem rhamnus, green 1/4 stem salal 2/3 yard #9 single-face satin ribbon, pink, offray 1 each 8" rose vase Instead, I got something that looks like it belongs in a funeral home. It contains 6 roses, absolutely no carnations, and several other "filler" flowers. This bouquet didn't even come in a vase, but rather the flowers were placed in foam and put in a red tin pail. I paid $120 for this arrangement to be made and delivered to my girlfriend at work, and it looks like it isn't even worth $50. Sorry "Randy", but your creativity really blows.

Great service! Called for a birthday bouquet and the recipient received it in less than 2 hrs from when I called. The flowers were gorgeous! I don't live in Vermont and it was nice to find a trustworthy florist.

I have ordered via phone and in person (Delivery and pick up) and can say this is bar none the best Shoppe in the North East! They met and exceeded my expectations in every way every time. The care and quality is fantastic. You will not be disappointed.

Very disappointing. Ordered a "spring bouquet" for a friend's birthday. Called around 9-10am, was told that it was "too much trouble" to "go up the hill", and that it "might" be delivered that day. Trying to figure out how to post a picture of what was received. Paid 75$ and my friend got a small vase with ONE flower, ONE bloom, and some DRIED seed pods. Just horrible!
