I have never had an issue with any Little Cesar’s. They took our order wrong for wings and stayed we could not get our money back even though it was their mistake. It also took about 20 minutes to get pizza and wings. We would have had to wait an extra 15 minutes for our correct order. They gave us crazy bread to replace the wings.
I ordered 2 sausage pizzas was told the the total was a little over $14 and it would be 20 minutes so I went in 20 minutes later and they didn't even have my order in their system so I had to wait another 20 minutes and then got charged more than I was told
Extremely disappointed with Little Caesars Winona. I advise a student club for Winona State University and on two instances now they have not be able to accommodate a purchase order form from WSU. Sept. 5 - no one working knew how to process a purchase order so I had to use an alternative form of payment. Then, when we ordered 15 plain cheese pizzas, they gave us 15 pepperoni pizzas that we terribly cut. While waiting for the order, I asked the staff what's the best way to use a field purchase order going forward and they said to just call to place my order about an hour before we want to pick them up. Oct. 16 - I called an hour and a half before I would have liked to get the pizzas, and the phone was passed to 3/4 different staff members because no one knew how to do a purchase order. Then, the last young lady I spoke to told me that they were unable to accommodate my order 15 plain cheese pizzas because I needed to call 4-hours in advance and rudely told me to go somewhere else with my order - which is exactly what I did and will continue to do going forward.
This location is consistently late with their orders and they make it your problem. The brunette girl with crooked teeth and halitosis is rude and needs more customer service training.
The deep dish pizza and Italian bread taste good but I'm pretty sure they were not supposed to have any crust.
Worst service, Worst food. Asked for Italian Cheese Bread? Was told they have pepperoni pizza, lunch combos & crazy bread. Asked if I could get an Italian Cheese Bread? Was told again that they have pepperoni pizza, lunch combos & crazy bread. She wouldn't make me an Italian Cheese Bread. Took a pepperoni pizza, it was not cut through. The pizza crust was thick in some spots and thin in other. To much sauce. Not enough Cheese, it didn't even cover the entire pizza. Don't bother stopping at this location!!!
Tasty & economical pizzas. Had some calzone pizzas that were good with pepperoni & some cheese & sausage pizzas. Good times. There was a bit of wait even though we didn't go in after notification that our order was ready. I'm sure it was because they were very busy. We had 6 pies.

You get what you pay for. Pizza and sticks are pretty solid, good prices. but little Ceasers gotta step up the wing game in order to get a higher review from me personally
This is a great location! I have got this a couple times and it is always good! Some other Little Ceasers locations will occasionally have different quality pizza, but this Winona location is always up to par +some. If getting pizza I highly suggest this location! Order your pizza on the little ceasers app! So easy and efficient!
