Very quick on the orders. The food was accurate to what I ordered. We used the app and it made the process very quick and easy when getting the food and drinks from the portal they have in the restaurant.
The Breadsticks look like they have a disease. Pizza crust is always overcooked here with a undercooked doughy middle and undercooked pepperonis. Food here is always nasty, stay away. Parking: Parking is a nightmare because the parking lot is too small and on an incline, making it difficult to back up with the constant traffic and low visibility.
I always come here and usually the workers are nice and pizza is pretty good but this time got two pizzas both of them looked very sloppy not the usual and then the first piece I go to take a bite out of I see a small black whatever on it thought it was olive went to pick off and it’s some kind of bug I called whoever I talked to had a nasty tone saying we’ll do you want to replace it bring it back at that point my appetite was already lost shouldn’t have happened in the first place it was very obvious the bug was there if they looked at it first
Grabbed a pepperoni and breadsticks to go. Breadsticks were soft and good. Our pizza crust was so hard it sounded like a rock. I understand it’s the end of the night and people want to go home but more attention needs to be paid to the pizzas going out at all times. Tried to call to complain and no one is answering. I called 30 minutes prior to them closing early due to Halloween. I really don’t like spending my money on garbage food. Do better!
Waited 15 minutes for two fresh extra mostest pizzas. I didn't open and check them before leaving. These pizzas should not have been sold. This is a training problem. Owner should be embarrassed. Its not very hard when you have commercials on TV showing what they should look like. See photo!
Ok so we are as regular costumer bringing pizza for our company every day i get the worst attitude from a blonde short skinny girl .. she hanged up when i was checking the order for 11 am for over than 20 persons waiting and love your pizza .. she talked rudely to me in front other costumers and let me waiting because she was smiling on their faces!!! And they were still not decided yet and i had ready order but no because I’m girl ! And they told me to go because they noticed her ! I spent 50 $ and when i asked for napkins well the picture is enough! This my last time to order from you and I’ll try other locations. And 1 star is to much for this behavior!!!!
This location only has the basic pepperoni available, they never have the other pies listed on the hot-n-ready menu. That will be an extra 25 minutes every time.
The pizza I got was good, however I didn't receive my full order and would like a refund. I order two stuffed crust and a thin crust. As well as wings, cheese bread and sticks. I only got two pizzas and some bread sticks. They had the order written right because they were able to say it back to me, but when I picked up the pizza, they only gave me half my order and couldn't tell me why I only got half. This happened today.
I hardly ever write reviews, but this truly is the worst Little Caesar’s I have ever encountered in my life. I live locally& I have been here quite a few times, each time was the same experience, but I kept thinking each time I went back that it would be different. I would convince myself that they had a bad day that day and the next time I go it would be better. However, there will never be a next time. My last experience was when I specifically called and wanted a fresh Italian bread made, and they said about ten minutes. I live not even five minutes away, I left maybe three minutes after the phone call because I didn’t mind to wait in my car for a few minutes. When I got inside it was like a zoo, it seemed like multiple people were upset or had wrong orders, and then finally after waiting several long minutes, I got up to the front counter when I was interrupted by a worker who was off the clock, she was half dressed, with slippers and a hair net on and she was screaming from the front of the store to other workers in the back and this is all in front of multiple guests, she then proceeded to walk back behind where the food is made and she was super loud and obnoxious, it just felt so unprofessional. I got my food and when I got home this Italian bread was rock hard and cold, it wasn’t even warm. It was cold like it had been sitting for several hours, I was disgusted and so was my family. I have had multiple bad experiences here and I will never return there again. If I could give it 0 stars I would absolutely rate it with 0.
Every time I come to this location the Hot N Ready pizzas are about a minute undercooked and so does the Crazy Bread. What's crazy is that it doesn't look like what's on the menu board as far as what you get. I've tried calling ahead for "well done" Hot N Ready and Crazy Bread you need to order it well done to get a properly cooked pizza/bread only to get there 10 minutes later and they don't have the order ready and no one knows that I called up there. Only option is to wait the 8-10 minutes in store for them to cook it the right way.
