My family and I tried to order a pizza and when we submitted the order we were given a message saying they could not place our order. We tried one more time and received the same message. Our card was charged even though we were told the order could not be placed. My wife called the store and spoke with the manager. He refused to give us our money back and said the store owner didn’t like to do that. We explained it was an error on the apps side and we didn’t think we should be charged. The manager we spoke with said he would give my wife’s number to the store owner and he would handle the situation. When the store owner called, he said he had never heard of that happening and would reach out to the IT people to find out what exactly happened. He never gave us our money back. I went into the store and spoke with the manager. I expressed my concerns and even said we would simply take a credit for our next order if he didn’t want to give us our money back. The manger denied me the credit and said he would give my number to the store owner. It’s been about a week now and I have never heard from the store owner. HORRIBLE customer service. We still haven’t gotten our money back and I have not heard from the store owner since.
Local little Caesars team does well. Usually never messes up my orders. Always had good luck getting well made pizza here.Food: 5/5

As much as it’s affordable a salad option should be on the menu also miss the complimentary zap packs no one wants to buy a shaker of seasoning to make the pizza taste some what decent employees are rude and distracted this place should be closed down this establishment it’s horrid the employees will ask you to wait while they talk about how they dislike this job if you stop in cedar springs just don’t go here cedar for the most part is a friendly place we have a good community can’t say this for little ceasers customers are low priority if you go there you will hear it all from the employees while waiting for your pizza imagine you wait for a hot and ready the employees are miserable and mean because what incentive do they have ‍#dobetterlitteceasers

This place is a dump. I thought with new owner it would get better not worse. Employees are rude and condescending they will call you names for buying 6 bags of bread sticks what do they care its money coming in. We are feeding a bunch of kids and they call us names absolutely disrespectful and will never be going back.
I called up to the store to order my food, I spelled my wife’s name and they almost didn’t give her the food because they messed up on how to spell it. When she was in the store the staff was rude disrespectful and waited to long

Placed order at 6:54pm started asking when min4 would be ready after 25 minutes. They did not know people that ordered after me and had to wait had already left. At 30 minutes and no idea when it would be done I asked for a refund. At 7:33 pm the refund was processed being told it may be a few days for the refund to show.
For quick food that is not burgers, chicken or tacos it is good. Just don't get the impression that you are going to get a premium pizza experience from Little Caesars!!!Food: 4/5
