This Rochelle Little Caesars seems to have been recently remodeled. The building is old and used to look dirty, but now it's brighter and seemingly cleaner. I love the portal and online ordering. It's so fast and easy! I just had an experience today in which our pizza was a little overcooked. It wasn't terrible, but I knew my family wouldn't enjoy it as much as they would if it were a little lighter. When I took it back, the gentleman who helped me was so kind and understanding. I hated to be "that lady" with a complaint, but they quickly remade our pizza, and it was absolutely delicious!! Thank you!!!
This pizza was burnt all around not sure what made them think this was okay to send out like that! And then last week when we ordered the food was not ready until 35 min after requested time. Not sure what has been going on lately but this pizza was not good!!
This location waa horrendous!! We waited at least 20 minutes for food, everyone in the restaurant was cussing saying they hate their job, it was only them back there and saying F this F that, the cashier said what do you want when people went up to order. Customers were looking at each other in absolute shock! Then we get home to some weird burnt pieces added on top of our food and some inedible lump of dough shoved into a greasy breadstick bag! We will never, ever visit this location again! Terrible service, terrible food!! I would give no stars if I could! Just look at this food
Everytime I order people are rude and never greet their customers. The stuffed crust pizzas have been very small for the money we pay. My pepperoni is ALWAYS burned. Horrible customer service. Not worth it. I would rather go to alfanos and pay more for better service and better food Update 01/29/2023: Ordered today and raised them from 1 to 3 stars. Food definitely taste better then past visits and was ready 5 mins before requested time. Lots of cheese and pepperoni like you would expect for the extra most bestest. Half of the crust still looks a bit pale but it is cooked through. I am not sure what changed but I am seeing improvement. The italian cheese bread is always a win for me!
Twice now, I’ve ordered the “Fanceroni” from here around Noon when the owners are working, it’s advertised as having over 100 Old World Pepperoni and I’ve had it as such when the actual employees are working and it’s delicious. But, whenever the owners are working, they deliberately skimp and I didn’t even count 40 pepperoni. Talk about a rip off. This pizza is $10.

I had a larger order for an event with only a two days notice and Little Caesar’s did a phenomenal job with the order! I called them slightly panicking and Mary, the manager right away handled it and they filled the order on time and the pizzas were great! Thank you guys so much!
I will be calling and reporting this place. My whole family got sick from the pizza. At this location.
I can see why this place has a one-star rating. Why advertise hot and ready when you don't have it. I arrived at 4:08 for a hot and ready pizza and slice to find out that there ain't much that's hot and ready kind of glad that I had to wait on my food because I won't return to this location the store is extremely dirty the dust dangling off the AC vents I'm worried about falling into my food the walls are dirty the floors are dirty and the counter doesn't look like it's been wiped off in approximately a week I don't think I'll be returning to this location but maybe the Board of Health should look into at least visiting the place
Chito is amazing! The staff is alot better since chito went back to work in there! The owner has to be on his game! They do some amazing pizza! Also, if you're not happy, all you have to is tell them! They will fix it for you! The owner needs to take care of the staff though! If he paid more per hour, he'd get better work hands! A BIG solid thank you to chito, and the staff! Thank you sir!!
