Little Caesars Pizza

Loved this place in the past but was eating half my cheesy bread tonight then lifted up the cheese to see RAW DOUGH underneath. The whole thing was raw and I feel sick to my stomach having eaten it.Food: 1/5

This location gets a lot of heat because they are actually very busy the majority of the time. At one point it was a Thursday night and there was a line out the door and a full parking lot full of angry people. However, as a person doing deliveries, all of my orders were very prompt on time and fast. I highly recommend if you're going to order from this location you either door dash or order ahead online so that the pizza portal has your order hot and ready. Waiting for you and you don't have to deal with any hoopla. Even when the location is a very very busy, the staff always stays so positive and kind

Staff was never at the front, completely ignoring us all 4 customers at the register, a couple people left, haven’t gotten our orders taken, im here for a DoorDash just for a pick up and still no service. And after 15 minutes finally! Oh and absolutely NO AIR CONDITIONING!!!!!Service: 1/5

The company needs to take more pride in the establishment. There are Pot holes in the parking lot that has been there for years big enough to toddler in and the inside working conditions for the youth are sad, no light in back or very dim and the heat in the store and in the back could cause them to have a heat stroke!! I guess it's what neighborhood the store is end? Windows and doors are Always dirty .... Plz serve us better! And the youth need training the proper way to deal with the customers! Parking: The Parking Lot is TERRIBLE, in need of repair from a Very long time.... Very big holes that cause car damage.

Always a wait, but worth it! Customer service is really good. The outside is often dirty around the building. It's the only one on the south side. I do like it here though.

Didn’t even order. I was waiting inside for about 10 minutes, with about 5 other people waiting for their orders I assume. A lady was on the phone with someone saying how she had been waiting for her order for 45 minutes. By the time an employee came up, he didn’t even acknowledge me other than rolling his eyes and saying “fuck this shit” If you can’t handle working in customer service then don’t. I work in the food service industry and if an employee spoke to a customer like that I’d fire them immediately. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

Ordered beforehand, came there and order wasn't ready. Waited another twenty minutes are so with a small crowd. The pizza and sides were as expected from Little Caesar's, though. Location seems to suffer from the mentality that this is what one is to expect from a Little Caesar's in "this part" of Syracuse, which is rather sad.

I rarely come to this Little Caesars. They never have my order ready in any semblance of on time. This last time I ordered five hours in advance and 15 minutes after the end of the window when they said it would be ready, it wasn't. They ended up just giving me whatever they had.Food: 4/5

Pizza good, the guy at the front took a few minutes to get to us. The only problem I had was the fact that the wall under the window had water damage, and the parking lot had a lot of potholes that have been there for years.Food: 5/5
