Hands down the worst run pizza place I have ever been to. I've made 4 or 5 orders there and I have NEVER had one done correctly! They have given us raw pizza and bread sticks twice. They ignore the phone and won't take online orders whenever they feel like it, even hours before closing. I've been charged for premium pizza with extra toppings only to get home and find a standard cold "hot and ready" in the box. Don't waste your money here!
This is best Little Cesar's that I have ever ordered from. The pizza is always fresh and perfect, and if you order extra cheese you get TONS. My only complaint is that the bread sticks are ALWAYS ALWAYS way undercooked and I have to put them back into the oven. Complete doughy mess of bread sticks. Pizza is spot on.
I came in to pick up a hot and ready today. I got the deep dish and the cheese bread. Good price. Only problem I had was the deep dish didn't have sauce. I'm not going to get bent out of shape since I work food service and I know mistakes happen. This is obviously the kind of place that's a kid's first job. Y'all are doing good, just remember to sauce the pie next time guys.
Pizza order was incorrect. Was not cooked all the way, soggy crust. The people were friendly, The store could have been cleaner.Food: 2/5
2pm Sunday afternoon. The children working here were so stoned they forgot my order... Twice. Been waiting 26 min now for a pizza lol. 6bother customers come and gone since I got here. Fire these incompetent kids pls.
This place is so nasty the kids working there are eating food with there nasty hand and then start making your pizza someone need to talk to the kids about food safety
They are always extremely pleasant. Every time I go in, they are ready to greet and have what I need, or if they need to make it, it is always quick and with a smile. Fantastic location.
Really disappointed, we came here a couple of times but now we won't anymore. The Pizza isn't freshly made, they are premade and kept warm until somebody orders it. The pizza was cold, dry and tasted horrible. Seems to be their new model, apart from the high prices compaired to other Little Ceasars stores.
Very poor customer service and unreliable delivery service--they use DoorDash for delivery services. Waited over an hour without a driver picking up my order to deliver. When I called the store they told me that "nobody has come to pick it up" and my order was just sitting there. After waiting that long I wanted to cancel my order and they stated they were "unable to cancel or refund an order". Surely every business is able to refund orders- especially when we never recieved the product paid for! I asked to speak to a manager, was given a phone number, called--it was an invalid number. So we were left waiting for a Doordash driver to MAYBE? come pick the order up. Eventually someone did accept the delivery to bring us our cold pizza that had been sitting for over an hour. Customers should be able to cancel/refund order when the product/delivery is not done as promised. Completely ridiculous. *no fault to the Doordash drivers*, just horrible customer service from the store. Don't offer delivery services if it is not reliable. Our local business will never be ordering from this store again.
Ordered some crazy bread. It was hot and ready 10/10 Asked for extra garlic butter an parm. Kid walks semi around the corner asked what he should do then brings it back and sells me it. I will never return here.
