My pizza is always done hot fresh and delicious there !
Went tonight to get take out for dinner and went home started to eat the pizza which was a meat lovers and tasted old and odd. Within 30 mins after eating instantly new I had food poisoning, have all the symptoms. Do not recommend going to this location as if the pizza is old it’s not thrown away
What a shame I hate dealing with the napanee store the worst management ever Why do they have to say hot and ready when that is never the case especially after 5:00 They close pretty much when ever they feel like it. And you can never call to place an order to make sure you get what you want. Who ever owns this store should do some research and find out how much money they lose on a daily basis. I bet they will be shocked. I’ve been there on many occasions, to see at the least two or more people walk out because they didn’t want to wait. Please listen to your customers and change your policy’s.
I don't know what to say. other than I was at the Nappanee location wanting to get a pizza at 20 after 8:00 tonight and it was closed! but it's supposed to be open until 9:00? So I didn't really get to tell if they had good pizza or good service or not obviously I guess it's not good service if they're not open when you're supposed to be
I ordered my order online for my husband to pick it up. It wasn't ready and the guy working there said he would bring it out to his car. My husband got home. There was no dipping sauces that I ordered and I ordered cheese stuffed crazy bread he gave us regular crazy bread. My pizza was undercooked. I called and the guy said that they were out of the dip and bread. You would think he would of said something instead of getting home and it not being right.
Hey you guys know that device hooked up to the wall that seems to be making a loud- almost ringing like noise? It would be really helpful for people that live far away, or people that are going to come in near to the end of your hours if you picked it up. Then you guys won't have to close early or make someone a fresh pizza at ten minutes to close, your job will be easier and people won't have to spend their gas or time just to find out if you guys are open or not or can still take orders. Just a suggestion if your business likes doing business, a tiny amount of customer service goes miles in a small town.
Very friendly! Deep dish was undercooked. Location not correct on Google Maps its next to the Pita Pit. I tried to fix it on Maps, as it was a little confusing. If they cook the pizza better and fix the map, it would be 4 stars!

Waited 10 minutes just for the kid to tell me they had no hot and ready mediums pepperoni ready and will take 25 minutes to make... what a joke.. I just left . Thanks for wasting my time. Maybe hire more staff or hire people that know what their doing.. do not go to this location.
I ordered a vegetarian pizza. When I picked it up there were no tomatoes or olives on it. Just onions, mushrooms and green peppers. I asked them why there was no tomatoes and olives thinking they had made a mistake and would make me a new pizza. I was told they never stock tomatoes and this was always what their vegetarian was like. He never mentioned the lack of olives. I pointed out their website that I ordered from said the pizza came with olives and tomatoes as well and the picture on the site was very clear. They gave me a refund without issue. Isn't this false advertising? My little Ceasar days are over.
