We were passing through and decided to pick up pizza for dinner. Dominoes had a 50% off deal which was great! The pick up was very easy and there is lots of parking available on site. We ordered two pizzas and both were very good. My kids love dominoes pizza! I saw a bunch of delivery cars coming and going so I guess they are pretty busy. We will definitely go back if we are in the area again.
A regular stop for me. Great most of the time. Busy, most staff are friendly but some maybe shy. Overall good service. Something happened to me while eating my pizza in the parking lot. A Domino's delivery driver in a black car beside my truck slammed his car door into the side of my truck not only once, but twice. Never said sorry or anything, so when I got out to confront him, he lied and denied he did it. I told him not to lie but to own it. I said I watched you from my side mirror with your rear door and before I could get out you slammed your front door into my truck. He played the "I don't no what you are talking about". Pee'd me off. My truck is an older farm truck, still work $15,000 with some scratches but that's not the point, it could have been my new car or yours, so be aware and don't park near them or let them park near you. Fed Up!!
Always a terrific pie. Staff are always friendly and courteous. The food is always fresh and hot out of the oven. They have wonderful deals Monday to Friday. The place isn't big but customer satisfaction is. I have been a repeat customer because of the service. I recommend
While driving 1.5 hours from hwy 401 east, still 1.5 more hours to go to get to Toronto, we needed something quick to eat. Ordered Extravaganza pizza online to take advantage of 50% off promo but there was a technical issues and after I entered my credit card number, I was not sure my order went through or not. As soon as I entered the store, I was greeted by the staff and then I explained the situation. They made sure they checked they did not see my name on the order list first, then helped me to place an order in store with the same promo. It was around 6pm dinner time on Sunday, however my order only took 15 min, handed over to me super hot. While I was waiting for my order, a couple of other staff were checking on me to ensure I was looked after. It was very helpful and they were very efficient.
Absolutely terrible customer service. We order a fairly simple order and they couldn’t get it right. We called back and thought it was dealt with and told us our order would be free. Once it showed up we were told to keep the food by the driver, then the driver comes back to the door and takes the food back. After this the manager calls us and tries to tell us to re-order our food for the 3rd time and tell us that we now have to pay after telling us it was free because of the trouble. That was pathetic.
Domino's is always 5 star. Don't be ridiculous. One time I got a pizza that wasn't 100% cooked and instantly got a free pizza coupon.

Stephanie, the manager may need to improve her customer interaction. Her boss and the Domino's Pizza will be contacted about my experience with her in detail for today October 27th, 2021, in near future. The pizza maker and the order taker, Kavita were an awesome person. I am not looking for a free pizza. All I expect her to respect customers, bring changes to her manner and the choice of words she uses when customer raises a concern. Respect customers by not being bias if they are not from the same town. I love Domino's pizza because that is what I want enjoy. Please read some books to improve how to handle customer's concern. The intention of this review is to improve the customer service, not to criticize or get a free pizza. Thank you for your attention.
Their flyer advertized a code for pizzas with 2 or more toppings for 8.99. What they dont tell you is that thin crust voids that deal, extra of a normal topping supposed to be unlimited counts as a premium topping, and they didnt specifize the size either. What should have cost $34 cost $54. They couldnt do anything about it in the system. Dominoes owes it to their customers to be more transparent. What deceptive advertizing! The pizza was ok.
I used to hate Domino's, but this location has made me change my mind. Domino's is easily my favorite chain pizza now. They never screw up my order and when they deliver the pizza always arrives hot, still too hot to eat, not even kidding. Keep up the good work guys!!
