Will never buy from this store or brand again. Bought a pair of boots. Wore it twice and my heels were bleeding from both wears. Store refused to take the bad quality boots back because they are worn. Be aware of their "satisfaction guarantee"!!

I have visited in the earlier morning when the store just opened. No other customers with me to visit at the same time, so I could check and ask as many questions I want to figure out my questions. People work in here are pretty nice and merci, also they would like to show me how the bag really are on purpose. It leads me feel comfortable and willing to get what I am looking for. At the end, I got my new travel bag.
Great customer service and huge range of shoes! If they don't have a size in store they can help you order it. Very convenient and it is free shipping. All the employees are really helpful and nice. Furthermore, there is also tons of great sale items to find here! I once got a pair of vans for $20. I feel very welcomed and satisfied whenever I visit this store.
I’ve returned and exchanged my item twice and they still helped me out with a smile. Shout out to Gimmy, I hope I got his name right, who is friendly and gives an amazing customer service!
Do you just pay for your staff to stand at the cash register and chat? I walked into the store and the store was not too busy. 3 staff members were huddled at the cash register chatting. I had to go up to ask for a shoe size. When I got them they were the incorrect size and I had to once again go up to the registers to ask for the correct size. Both times the male associate was extremely condescending in his tone. Of course I do not have any names because no one is wearing a name tag or any form of uniform so I can tell you are working. Why is that? I understand it's to make people feel more personal and etc but when your associates do not make themselves apparent and talk to customers then you really do have to wear something that tells people "I work here!" In the end they did not have my size so I left without buying anything
Felt incredibly duped by this shop. Upselling extra items that can't be returned then reassuring people that they can "exchange and return" the purchase if things don't work out. Shopper's beware
Placed a pair of shoes on hold for my wife, picked it up and took it home only to find that the pair was mismatched. One size 7 and one size 8.5. The next day, I took the shoe in to get it exchanged if the sizes were still available, which they were. I asked for some compensation for the trouble of having to take time out of my schedule to correct the error. The sales rep then proceeded to accuse my friend and I of the mistake, saying my friend tried on the 8.5 and accidently placed the shoe in the incorrect box. I told her that wouldnt be possible as my friend wouldve asked for a size 6.5 as her feet are smaller than my wife's. In any case, I thought the conduct of this employee was unprofessional and unacceptable. Instead of owning up to the error, she displaced the blame onto us and said nothing could be done. Apparently they will get in trouble if they compensate customers... right haha! Make sure to check the sizes on your shoes people, cause apparently they cant do it for you while they hold your box at the cashier!
There's nice shoes, nice shoppers, but only a few employees who knew their role, which is to treat every customer like an individual, in other words, with respect and time offered.
During my visit to the store, Jiro provided exemplary customer service, demonstrating a robust knowledge of the products within the store. He was patient with my questions in regards to this season's Converse line, providing honest, yet professional, suggestions for what shoe would best compliment my typical OOTD outfit of the day. I will be returning to the store in the future, if the experience is anything like what I received from Jiro - kudos!
