Liquor Depot At Acadia

This review is for a particular staff member, not the store as a whole. The bubbly, mousy haired young lady I'm referring to is sunshine reincarnated; and the positive energy and kindness she radiates is truly infectious. I will gladly go out of my way to shop here when I know she is working! Keep up the good work hun!

Incredible wine selection including wine boxes and lovely liquor section. Well stocked beer fridge with fine variety. Well priced! Many sales on stock always. Friendly staff, fast checkout.

Very rude and agagant clerk. Good prices but would advise to pay the extra money for Customer service

It is not open until 10:pm everyday!!! We went there at 9:30Pm ... CLOSED... even though there was clerk inside! That is not good customer service!! Will use the liquor store down the street that stays open until midnight!!

My wife and I were not allowed to buy a bottle of wine because only I had ID and she did not. They would not even look at mine. We are both 30 years old... I get it, we have baby faces, but 17?... Perhaps this is a real rule? If so she would have just stayed in the car... Anyway the staff then says we could not buy the alcohol until we both showed them ID. I then asked them to reason on this by saying “We live 3 blocks away, so if I drive my wife home and come back in 5 minutes you won’t sell to me?” They said “no because we don’t know if she is of age.” So with that reasoning unless we come back here together both with IDs, I can never shop here again... So we drove to super store and bought it there, for less. Thanks for saving us money Ace.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. They won’t accept returns of unopened wine or any that has gone bad/off. Even had them call the area manager who refused to let me exchange for new bottles spending more money! Horrible service. It’s my local liquor store and I’ll never shop here again I’ll now always go to co-op who stands behind their product and customer service.

Super friendly staff, but seemed like they were there to socialize and not to work. The cooler room was a mess, price signs missing and no one asked if I needed help.

Really good deals and big selection of craft beer.

Consistently poor, inattentive and amateur service with zero personality even towards their regular customers. Will be going to any of the other many liquor stores in the area instead from now on
