I was quite disappointed with my visit to this store last weekend. The lady that was working at the time was not at all helpful or knowledgeable about the products I asked her about. I was wanting to buy a vaporizer pen that cost $150, so of course I wanted to be able to get a closer look, know what all came in the package, etc. When I asked the sales associate for more info, she said that "wasn't her area of expertise" so I asked her if I could look at it, she said "no, I can't let you do that either." Needless to say, I didn't buy it. Ultimately, I should have gone to Pure Pleasure, rather than driving an hour out of my way to go to this store. I'd rather pay more for something than deal with rude, knowledge lacking staff anywhere.
I have no complaints friendly staff well maintained and organized.
Great store! A very professional female helped me find a perfect vibe. She was an amazing salesperson. Honestly, I haven't had this good of customer service in a very, very long time. I will tell all my friends to go here.
Never had a problem with the staff so far. I respect that they do a job that other people would be uncomfortable with. Honestly would like a job here some day, but finding the application online is a bit confusing. For any wanting to apply I suggest asking them for some help identifying the correct link. Besides that the store is always clean, peacefully quiet and sometimes you have another customer offer a suggestion. Its friendly for being a place you have to be vulnerable enough to go in and get things from.
Awesome. Wife and I stopped in on ladies night. These places sometimes make her a little uneasy, but not here. The staff was way helpful, the atmosphere was clean and professional​, and there were games with drawings on ladies night that kept us there for over an hour and a half. I also purchased an inexpensive chillum. If your just a horn dog looking for porno and cum rags they can probably accommodate you. But if your in a relationship and looking to shake things up in the sac it comes highly recommended.
Such a unique space with a wide variety
I liked it because it had exactly what I needed for our adult fun time: The only request would be staff that dont look at me as a creep when I ask honest questions. Yes I am a male, yes you are female, no I am not trying to hit on you at all when I ask about vibrators for my fiancee and I... I get that some people might be creepy but I am an honest customer!!!
Fantastic, friendly staff. Comparable prices to any other store. Seems cleaner and more comfortable than similar type stores. Employees are helpful, but not always knowledgeable product.
