Excellent, honest customer service.  Could have taken me for a ride with the broken key fobs I brought in but rather did the service work, fixed what was broken & was 100% satisfied.  It's more than batteries & bulbs.  If  you have an electronics based problem this is the place to go.  Owner is super nice, down to Earth customer service makes you want to go back.

I stopped in today at the Owatonna store and was very impressed with all of the customer service I received!!!  They helped me with several different questions that I had and sold me the right battery for my garage opener. I will definitely be a returning customer! It is so nice to be treated very well :)

I called to see if they stocked the battery I needed for my car.  They had the battery in stock and said if I came over to the store he would change it for me.  When I told him that the battery was dead he told me he would come to my house, no charge, and change it.  He came over in 15 minutes and changed it for me!  I was so surprised that they offered this service at no charge.  Thank you!!
