this was the best pedicure I have ever had. Her attention to detail and gentleness was unbelievable. This is specific.. but she made all my nails appear the same shape when they’re not. And the way she applied the polish will ensure the pedicure lasts. Finally.. the massage was wonderful! I’m just sad I was on vacation and can’t get this service all the time!

This salon does exquisite manicure treatments and they have the most colorful choices of nail polish. The service is fantastic, the staff is really kind and beautiful! The whole experience is very atmospherical and relaxing.

I have come here for years as this was the best place in Montreal for Mani/Pedi! But on Feb 10th, it was the first time I was truly disappointed. Not only was I treated to a less than adequate Pedicure, I was also insulted by another customer which the staff surely didn't care or minded! I was made out to be the complaining customer making a big deal out of nothing! I rarely speak up for bad service, coz everyone can have a bad day or being in the process of learning a new trade. But this was worse than bad and staff argued with me and said all was normal and blamed it on bad communication. Truth be told, my toe nails were cut so short that it was burning me. I was pricked by the nail cutter as the girl was cutting way too far into the skin. So of course when I put my foot back in the water it was burning. I was told by the manager that the girl doing my pedi had a lot of experience. And she will be continuing the work, this is after putting Polysporin on my toes. My De Luxe Pedicure turned to horror: Today my big toe still hurts, my toe nails are crooked, all after paying $75 for a Pedicure. They gave me a $20 rebate for my bad experience, lucky me! At that price, I’d go somewhere else where no customer will tell you to shut up, and the staff have more experience they won't rip your skin and scrap your ankles while "sanding off" you heals. And most of all, are able to put nail polish without putting as much on your skin than nails! I have pictures… Of course the girl, cleaned it all out, but this is not what I call experience! It is unfortunate that I leave this review today. Because the owner and orignal staff always treated us like royalty. But today, Lio Fratelli lacks in consistent experienced staff members and courteous service!
