Linoma Beach Campground

In regard to the comment about the lighthouse needing work... It's been slowly being brought back to life by the new owners per the NE historical society's strict standards. The outside "siding" was completely replaced 2 years ago, there is currently electricity being installed. Hopefully at some point in the future, the metal work at the top will be updated. I know they're looking into what they can do to "light" it up again w/out it being a driver distraction. The new owners have put their own time, money (10 of thousands) and effort into restoring this lighthouse properly. It won't be cheap but it will slowly happen. Keep on keepin on lighthouse. :)

Very nice little camping area conveniently located on the edge of the river and easy access to the river for swimming,wading and rafting with sand bar's all up and down the river for stopping and resting or just hanging out with friend's. Although it is always changing with the currents so the use of life jackets would be advised for your protection against the chance of accidents.

This is a private beach and Campground. The lighthouse is so cool but needs restoration, I have been driving by it for 4years now and no progress is being made
