I have used Linn Benton Tractor of Tangent, Oregon for my equipment needs for about fifteen years. The Kubota tractor and attachments meet all my needs as I first reviewed with their sales staff. I just finished my 600 hour service and as always, it was timely and expertly done. Prices for parts and labor are very reasonable. I am especially happy with the Shindowah that I purchased about ten years ago. This 4 cycle gas motor lets me slip on my edger, long-flexible hedge trimmer and recently, a limb trimmer. I used it to trim branches and small trees reaching up to fifteen feet without a ladder. In a half hour I finished 20 large trees that I had expected would take half a day. I had my B7100HST repaired here, and used it this past Wednesday, and it has never operated better! I bought this tractor "thirdhand" in 2009, and although it operated well, I now know that it was hurting somewhere in the drive train, and finally got to the point where it needed attention. I got back a better machine than what I took in. Thanks again for a great job.

Extremely Horrible customer service at the Silverton branch. I'm not easily offended but...Salesperson Kaytee Lord never once returning my calls, or informing me why my order was over a month past delivery date, and Now the order still cant be filled and she has no idea when it will be.This isn't acceptable treatment of a customer spending huge sums of $.  I don't know if it just this salesperson, branch or what, but I would not believe what these people say at very least about delivery of ordered items.  Lost my business.

They get 1 star because the girl answering the phone did her job and was a nice person. The rest of my customer service experience was terrible. Never going back.
