Story

Every day we mill premium wheat right in our bakery. Freshly milled wheat has the highest nutritional content available, and we want to bring that to you! Our flour is then used to create phenomenal breads, cookies, muffins, scones, and more. Our commitment to quality ingredients means that we create freshly baked goods without using high fructose corn syrup, preservatives, dough conditioners, or any artificial ingredients.
