Muffin bread we call it the bread looks like muffins and is very light save your money and visit loblaws to get your bread, also the staff is to worried about flirting with each other to care about the customers came here a few times and will never return. The place feels like the 70's needs a huge update . And would be nice If you carried authentic Italian items since you claim to be a bakery have to go to little Brittan to get real bakery items.
Great bakery and deli. Had a Mom special sub and it was awesome. Ordered 6 dozen twist dinner rolls and they were soft and fresh. My catering clients were very happy. Oh and if you go don't forget to get a donut.
Everything here is really really good and I love the selection. The only thing that gets me is everytime I go here I see the cashiers barehanding some of the food behind the counters and then immediately go back to handling money without sanitizing or anything. We've mentioned it to them before that it was a bit gross and got kind of a sorry not sorry type of response. I just avoid buying anything behind the counters like the apple fritters. Other than that no complaints.
Yummy! Right from the minute you come into the bakery, the smells are amazing. Donuts are so good. And the bread is so fresh. Your staff are always friendly and efficient.
The place to be if you’re out here hustlin’ and trying to get that bread. All-in-all, great little local bakery. They supply a large amount of local eateries and restaurants with their baked goods. The bread is fresh made everyday, pre-sliced in a variety of thicknesses or available unsliced and doesn’t have all the nasty preservatives like store bought so you really can’t go wrong shopping here. If you’re looking to get a nice lunch, they also have a deal at their deli counter and their subs are THE best. Make sure to grab an apple fritter or two on your way out! You won’t regret it.
I don't live in Lindsay but I have kids and grandchildren that do. This gem needs to be shared.I have never visited a bakery that was better than this one. I purchased loaves of fresh white bread, raisin bread and multiple kinds of bagels. Twist rolls and donuts. Words cannot adequately describe how fabulous this bakery is. Drive to lindsay and see for yourself. You won't be disappointed I promise .
Decent donuts but they are definitely more of your basic, coffee shop style donuts. No fancy flavours or toppings. They were fresh and they were soft, also super inexpensive. Can’t go wrong with that.
I went in there on one of the busiest days, the Friday of the thanksgiving long weekend. I had my baby in the car seat, and I was trying to juggle everything. The women that work there were so kind and accommodating, and helped me with my purchase by putting it behind the counter until I made it up to the cash and then entertaining my baby while I was paying for it. They were all so incredibly kind, and I appreciated it, even though they were so busy themselves… AND ps the food there is amazing, hence why it was so busy. Just wanted to say thank you to them for being so kind.
Not only are the employees nice and funny, they treat you like family. A few treats have been given to my littles as well on the house, which was so nice. You don't see that a lot anymore. I had to include photos of the, I believe they're called, Chelsea buns! The gooey stuff at the bottom is unreal. The dessert itself was so fresh.
Not much too pick from, alot of good bakeries sell out by noon. My Son bought amazing butter tarts there. Very clean and a large back room for all the baking. We were impressed, but got there way too late!!!
