Lucy was very friendly and helped me pick out some of their favourites off the menu. We did take out, the food was still warm and it was tasty. The coconut rice was good, jasmine lacked a little flavour but rest of the items were cooked well. The chicken was a little smelly hence the 4 star. Will try them again though!
I ordered House Special Pad Thai and Tom Yum soup for the first time and I promise this was also the last time. I read the ingredient before ordering food, which looked normal, but my Pad Thai came with a bright red color ? and it was SOUR. Like, very very very sour, also the Tom Yum yes yes the Tom Yum supposed to be sour but this one was just bland and sour, like you're throwing stuff into boiling water without seasoning. Personally, I like sour food and I've tried Thai food for many times, yet I could not handle this one. Still, I have not tried their other dishes and maybe some of them are actually good, or maybe they were just not in the mood to season my food.
I must say we are highly disappointed with our dinner tonight. Lily Thai, has been on our list to order from Uber eats for a while. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before ordering. The dumplings were soggy, bland, tasteless and had some weird red dye sauce on them. Our chicken wings had an old oil taste to them and the Thai general was meh. And to top it off the fortune cookies were stale, the kind of stale you can smell. What a terrible experience this was. Such a waste of money.. in the garbage it goes :/
I’m usually hesitant to leave ‘bad’ reviews as I don’t want to negatively affect someone’s small business. I hope this comment can be helpful. I’ve ordered from this place a few times over the years as it’s the closest Thai place. Every single time, I’m always simultaneously surprised and disappointed that they haven’t improved their Pad Thai. So many comments here describe how utterly BLAND it is. I’ve had more flavorful Pad Thai from a food court! There’s literally no colour, no flavor. Please reformulate your Pad Thai. I still gave 3 stars because the other dishes have been fine. Recently I ordered: basil rice and Thai spicy noodles. They were actually…good?! I was so confused why the Thai Spicy Noodles was vastly different quality from the Pad Thai. If you want your business to be succeed, please consider listening to some of the constructive feedback. Best of luck. Hope to see some improvements in the future.
One of the worst Thai experiences I’ve ever had. From the waiter who took our order that didn’t even know what certain dishes on the menu were to my order being completely wrong and served cold. The red, yellow and green curries were absolutely awful. They were completely bland and didn’t even resemble any type of taste to thai and the pad thai was clumped together like it was sitting out for hours. Disappointed in the fact that I spent over $135 here and I ordered about 30 minutes before picking up to be served cold food is unacceptable.
Bad service. We were not offered water at any time we had to ask for it after 15 minutes of waiting. Our food came out at drastically different times, the staff gave 2 of us our meals and 3 of us had to wait while the other ate and it was kind of awkward. Eventually 2 more entrées came to the table and 1 person didn't have their food yet and it was even more awkward all of us eating while 1 person had no food. We were the only people in the restaurant so it was not busy so there's no excuse for this. There were 2 items on the menu that we ordered we were told that were out of stock and unavailable so we had to look again and order something else. When we received our bill the staff added their own tip to the bill and we were expected to pay that amount. I think tipping is important and necessary of course I have no problem tipping but the issue is that I the customer should be in charge of the amount I wish to tip. The food was fine but nothing to get excited about for the price pretty expensive. It was not an enjoyable dinner experience and we won't go back to this establishment.
Take out absolutely bland no sauce not spicy Had in restaurant so many times drunken noodles so I know exactly the taste and appearance. Garlic chicken looks like raw chicken. No garlic sauce over it or in the container Won’t order again Considering 2 dishes cost $41
Ordered veggie spring rolls, mango salad, spicy seafood, basil fried rice with tofu and veg and red curry with tofu and veg. The mango salad, fried rice and red curry were delicious. Sadly, the spring rolls and tofu from the fried rice dish were soaked in oil. The seafood plate was bland, not at all spicy - a huge disappointment. We were surprised to find tofu in the seafood dish, too. Our dinner was mostly enjoyable but wouldn't necessarily order again or recommend to a friend.
We visit Toronto at least twice a year and always struggled to find a good Asian food place close to us in Brampton. We finally found this gem where the service is fantastic, portion sizes are HUGE, even for lunch size and all the food items have unique flavors. For the first time the chicken in the noodles and curry chicken did not taste like boiled chicken. We got the Golden curry chicken, spicy basil tofu and Chang Mai noodles with chicken. All the entree's were delicious. The golden curry chicken was a little sweeter than we hoped, but very flavorful. We will definitely be going back on our future visits. The mango salad is so fresh and the vegetable spring roll both come with lunch menu was also one of the nicest I've had.
Friendly server, they have added a new menu. The food is fantastic, just the right taste. I enjoyed the atmosphere. Just that the parking lot is too busy. Yes, I am looking forward to dining here again.Food: 5/5
