Worst experience at Lilly's Napnee going to look for a wedding dress with my mom and dad. Was not welcome to Lilly's by staff.Walked into the store and was rudely told to take off shoes. Then was told that there were no slippers to put on as they were all in the wash. Made Bride to be and family feel that they were inconvenience. Told to go and wait in wild wings to have lunch. Would not recommend any Bride to go there. Unfriendly staff no selection of dresses. So happy I made my decision to leave and go to Kingston without an appointment and bought the dress of my dreams at Love Birds Bridal without an appointment with plenty of staff and with my shoes on!

We were greeted by lovely Angie, who made us feel at home. We found a lovely prom dress that both mother and daughter love. Thank you Lily!

I went to the Lily's Bridal shop in Napanee and it was the worst experience I've ever had trying to find a dress. I was looking for a dress for my prom and the lady working was trying to bully me into buying one. I wasn't sure about it, so I kept saying "I don't know" and she told me that if I didn't buy it today I would be right back to where I was, and she told me I needed to hurry up and make a decision because it was Saturday and she wanted to go home. Horrible customer service.
