Awesome place to workout! The staff is friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable. Excellent personal training for a price you cannot beat. I have been a client for 11/2 years and have never been disappointed with the workout. I have recovered from a previous back and knee injury with their help.

This gym is trashy. The fees are too high for the services provided, and they will charge you as much as they can, EVEN AFTER you have cancelled your membership. I cancelled in the first week of April, was charged for April, and was recently charged for the month of May as well, in accordance with their 30 day cancellation policy (which is conveniently hidden away in their agreement form.) When I called to request a refund for March, the man who signed me up answered the phone and was quite inflexible and rude in his dismissal of my claims. AVOID THIS GYM, definitely not worth the hassle.

Absolutely love this gym and all the trainers! The unlimited personal training is the way to go if your looking to get results. My boys also love going to kids care.

Great gym! Locally owned with awesome customer service! Has all the equipment you need and very great pricing! Daycare & group classes! I would highly recommend!

Ive always felt happy and excited to work out with all the people there! The personal trainers are very understanding & always willing to work with your own pace. Definitely recommend trying this gym out before any other gym!
