Misled when signing up about eligibility of my kids to be part of parents night and other fun activities. Never was given access to the account online, even after requesting support. Was double charged for lifetime bucks for swimming lessons and cancellation charges for another 30 days for anything including swim. The staff was nice but apparently they can't fix anything since it was all corporate but corporate doesn't respond to requests through their website for support or fixes. Majorly regret signing up. Family account was 1OO and Fifty a month plus swim lessons so this last month after they double charged me I paid $2FourFour .. for 1 month. Sales won't tell you this but if your child is under 3 all those parents nights they talk about are a no go, so are the any fun events. Sales told us we'd be able to use that service and there would be fun activities for our kids... he was well aware one of our kids is 2 since he typed that into the account I never got access to. Sales also made the account and messed up what kids got swimming lessons. The swimming lessons were good. The staff in the kid center were nice. Front desk is nice but the place needs to be able to fix their own over charging and account issues. If you don't mind being double charged and being signed up for things without your consent this is the gym for you.

I honestly wonder if they intentionally hire teen staffers for the pool area that truly despise children. Rude girl working there (with her literal butt hanging out of her shorts.) It was uncomfortable to take my kid and his friend there today.

I like this location. It's one of the few coed saunas and hot tubs that LifeTime has. My wife and I like to go together sometimes and relax. Most other branches are single gendered, which is fine in its own right. The locker room is small and the steam room sounds like a motorcycle is starting up in it, hard to relax with that. Also a great pool for kids and families.

I've been a member here for over 10 years. I can't recall a bad experience that whole time. Shelley & Lisa are great at the front desk. They always say hello & goodbye. Robyn in the Pilates Studio is the best.

For the most part it's good. A bit high priced but nice clean facility. Convenient & safe childcare drop off. But very money hungry. They try to get you to pay extra for .... Everything under the sun... that you didn't even know was available!
