My physiotherapist was professional and thorough in her approach. She always ensured that I was doing the exercises properly and was balanced in how she encouraged me to challenge myself. She and the staff were always positive and supportive which greatly helped me with my recovery. I would highly recommend Lifemark Meadowvale.
This place depends on who is giving you the treatment. The first physiotherapist I had back in 2016 was amazing and helped a lot. Unfortunately over the years the same injury didn't heal properly so I went back. Well didn't have the same physiotherapist, the one I had I certainly will not be returning to. Some time after my treatment I found out they misplaced the documentation I submitted to them, claimed they didn't have it on file and questioned why I informed them I had a referral after they asked my doctor for something that didn't exist. My documents were misplaced and the entire situation was completely miss managed. There was an insinuation that I didn't submit the file, which is not possible considering you can't get an appointment with out a referral nor can you bee assessed with out the referral information. So, either they would need to admit they treated a patient with out the proper information, or they misplaced the information. Either way there was ZERO accountability. Ya so let's try to put it on the patient.
The best physiotherapy place ever. My mom did knee surgery at North York Hospital and they recommended this place for her post treatment physio. She had Niyati clinic director as her physiotherapist. She is WONDERFUL. My mom has so much pain so she was so scared of the exercises. Niya was super patient with my mom and at the same time so encouraging. She truly cares about her patients. My mom progress was super great compared to others. Her surgeon was super happy with her doing the bending and other parts. The surgeon mentioned excellent! Niya is like a miracle to us. I would recommend this place to all my closed ones.
Amazing. Had a knee problem for about 4 months that made me limp. Thought it was a permanent injury, but then came to the clinic and met with Gurpriya, and let me tell you she was amazing. Took her 2 minutes, literally to know what my problem was, took almost all the pain away and swelling almost immediately, and starter me on a program to get back to my normal self. The other guys helping with the treatment and exercises were GREAT TOO, and on point with everything. Kudos to the team at the clinic, even the receptionists. So if you think you are done for with a permanent injury, these guys may actually change your mind and help to get better. Cheers
I’ve been going to Lifemark following a motor vehicle accident, and my physiotherapist, Malak and her team have been wonderful in my rehabilitation. They are super knowledgeable and passionate about what they do, and on top of that, they are all lovely people that take time to get to know you. Thank you so much!
I started going to Lifemark a week after a complete knee replacement and Niyati has been amazing . She pushed me through the exercises that I needed in order to start getting the range of motion that my knee required and my progress has been fantastic!!! I could not get to where I am right now with her expertise!! Thank you so much!!!
It was an excellent experience. Niyati,the lead physiotherapist was excellent.Besides designing the correct programme for me she explained everything with great clarity.She always asked me how I was feeling and answered all my questions and concerns candidly. I am forever grateful to her and to Lifemark Physiotherapy.
Twenty years ago, I suffered a life-threatening neck injury. In May of this year, I finally had my neck surgically repaired but was in need of follow-up Physiotherapy. A close friend recommended "Lifemark Physiotherapy". I contacted their Meadowvale Town Centre location and spoke with one of the PTA's, Mala. She was so cordial and helpful in arranging my appointments. I was then assigned to Jeyapriya Priya Nagarajan to be my lead Physiotherapist. I truly feel like I won the "therapy lottery" by having her assist me. She is truly the best, nicest and most caring physio I have ever encountered. Her associate PTA's Reubyn, Mala and Nicole have also been wonderful. Everything positive to say about the facility and their associates! Thank you very much...for everything!
Malak Yassa is a fabulous physiotherapist. Very quickly diagnosed my very painful back and hip issues, performed targeted physiotherapies and recommended exercises that had me pain free and fully mobile within a very few short weeks. I could not be more pleased with the treatment I received and the results. I recommend Malak and her team - Anna, Nichol and Ruben - without reservation - she is the best. Thanks Malak!
After my knee replacement surgery, I visited LifeMark Physio center in Meadowvale, Mississauaga, Ontario and they completed full assessment week after my surgery and devised a plan. I have had over 10 physiotherapy sessions so far and my progress is simply beyond my expectations. During my 6 week post surgery visit with my surgeon, he was extremely pleased with my progress and my range of movements. My main physiotherapist was Jayapriya and I found her and her team of PTA’s extremely helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend both this LifeMark facility and Priya as your physiotherapist. Big thank you to both Priya and LifeMark team- job well done!
